Recipe Ingredients for Taco soup
| 5 | cups beans, canned (pinto, chili hot beans, kidney beans, whatever you prefer) |
| 1 1/2 | cups corn, drained |
| 1 1/2 | cups tomatoes, crushed |
| 8 | ounces chopped frozen spinach (one box) |
| 1/2 | cup vegetable broth |
Recipe Directions for Taco soup
Mix all ingredients in a large pot. Add one package of taco seasoning mix. Heat over a low flame. Serve as is, or mix in some fat free sour cream, jalepenos, or tomato salsa.
