tae bo tapes you swear too?
or kickboxing? anything that will kick your ass without hitting them boxing studio? classes are pricey and I wanna punch and jab
I love Taebo Cardio! It's about 40-45 min long and gets ya sweating. Only equipment needed is your body!
Turbo jam is a lot of fun and gets you sweating. I have 1 tae bo tape that we converted to DVD. It's about 15 years old. Many of the kicks and punches are found in turbo jam.
I think I have all his dvds!! I have the bootcamp series (ultimate bootcamp is killer for upper body but you need the bands), the amed series (full throttle is great but again you need the bar for the full effect), the get ripped series is great and you don't need anything with it. Rockin' abs and rockin' buns are also great. The get fit celebrity ones he has I don't like those as much. I would say the bootcamp, amped and get ripped are great!
cool! thanks. Is it worth it? would goign to a gym better? or just doing it at home?
I swear by Amy Bento: In The Ring DVD! she has helped me lose weight quicker than any other dvd I tried, it's 74 min. long but she has shorter variations in there you can try, it's fast and it takes a few tries before you remember her combo's but it's worth it! I read it's fairly advanced for a DVD. Good luck!
Tae Bo Fat Blasting Cardio is really good, as is the 20 minute power round DVD if you're short on time.
