This workout is great as it has several components of turbulence training in it. Good warm-up and stretching. Compound body strength excises. Short bursts of intense activity followed by a short recovery period. The workout keeps you heart rate going up and down. Tae Kwon Do requires a lot of balance, both physical and mental. One nice aspect is this sport is that it is very goal oriented. I love it.
