Tai Chi burns more calories than Yoga!!!

I do yoga once or twice a week and I love it. Yesterday I tried a BodyFlow class that combines Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates. When logging my activities, I found that Tai Chi burns way more calories than yoga! Just thought I'd share that with the group!

 

p.s. Rvita crackers are a great sub for bread and they're packed with nutritious fibre!
