Anyone take this?  I'm going to the Tai Chi class at my gym tomorrow.  It will be in the morning, and I thought it'd be a relaxing way to start my day.  Afterwards I plan on weight lifting.  It's light activity, so there should be no problem with weight lifting afterwards, right?

Don't let the light activity fool you, you will work up a sweat and will raise your heart rate.

I took a Tai Chi class a few years ago and LOVED it!  Unfortunatly, I can 't remember any of the forms.  But watching the instructor go through all of the movements is beautiful!  Enjoy!

My boyfriend does tai chi and he turns into a sweaty mess. It's not a huffing and puffing activity, but your muscles do get a work out. You'll see ;)

It is a beautiful martial art. Have fun with your classes! And I'm sure it's okay to work out afterwards too.
