Taken the RealAge Test??

Quote  |  Reply

I just turned 60 and was elated to find that my "real age" is 47.7!!  That was great news - but I feel younger!   Have you guys taken the test?  IT's pretty neat.

can you post a link, glamgram?  i did one of these tests a year or so ago, but i'm pretty sure it came up with an age range, not a precise number like yours.

I have.. I am 29, but my real age is 23!  So cool!

go to   RealAge.com

mine said i was 14 and 7 months..... im almost 22... yay!!

but it reckons id be younger if i had a dog? lol

yes I have! I take every cpl of months;

Last time I took it 2 days ago and the results are:

Calendar age: 27.8

Real age: 23.6 :) YAY

I wonder what they do with all that personal info they collect...
I'm in the middle of their test now!  But I'll admit I got distracted from it to check their calorie calculator..anyone else used it?  It seems to be pretty high..Just thought I'd say =P

calendar age: 40.3
real age: 34.6

not bad.  i had used this calculator before, as it turns out (it recognized me).  a few changes: i'm much more active, i got a dog, and my resting heart rate has dropped by 8bpm, from 76 to 68.  so even though my calendar age has gone up by a little over a year, my real age is about the same.

Calender age: 19
Real age: 13

Great, I'm an angsty, greasy teen, hahaha!

My Calender age is 22 but my realage is 16.2.

I'm old enough to drive now!

Wow, I suck compared to all of you.  My calendar age is 28.3, my real age 28.4.

It says I stress too much.  Really, YOU THINK!?  Also, driving too fast in my compact car.  Two strikes there.  Haha.

Edit:  After reading some of the other pointers it gave me, I'm calling BS.  I had FIFTEEN dietary recommendations, including that I'm not getting enough calcium, (but the highest option they offered was 6 servings of dairy PER WEEK, and I have at least 3 PER DAY, in addition to tums for any I have missed).  Also said I was difficient in Vit. C, even though I chose the maximum fruit option (and I'm a fruit a-holic, and go overboard on A and C daily).  Retarded.  I'm writing its analysis off.  Haha.  :)

kaff, i lost points for driving too fast in my compact car, too.  and for not knowing my cholesterol and BP levels.  among other things =/

Turned 50 and my real age 34.5

Mine says 26.8 and my calendar age is 27.5.  Probably not real low because I smoked for 12 years !  I have been working hard on the diet and exercise for over a year and haven't smoked in 2.5 years so at least I am working toward the good and not the evil.

Holy Crap! I am 28 and my real age is 34.  I better tighten up.

Well I'm the only one who's older! trust me. cal 41.9, real 45.6

because I smoke, and although my diet is basically good I am not eating enough of it, and I need to do more strength training......Bah!

Oh well it's always good to have something you need to work on.

oops didn't read the above post right Yeah! I'm not the only one.

I also had some "questions" about the calculations- but decided not to questions results when they were that great-sounding to me!  I ride a motorcycle every day - and that got a better number than my CR-V...go figure..??   It's fun, anyway.
