If I take a week off of working out will my weight loss suffer?

It shouldn't. You'll want to keep an eye on what you eat (since you'll be burning fewer calories) but, other than that, I see no problem. Taking an occasional rest week's actually good for you - helps your body recover from the exertion.
If you constantly work out, your body will reach a plateau. It is good to rest every now and then! ;)
