What's in your lunch box for tomorrow?

 I am packing an apple and some sliced radishes for crunch, some leftover brown rice and roasted vegetables (eggplant, squash, peppers and onions) mixed as a salad for my entree, and some vanilla yogurt and tea bags for snacks.

Last night I had homemade thai squash soup with black beans and quinoa, then snacked on mandarin oranges, pear, and a fibre one bar. Kept me going all night!
