I just want a good friend to talk to on here. I think I am very motivated and like to talk about mostly anything. I started dieting and working out again about two weeks ago but I have done this before. In high school I lost about 50 pounds... mostly all healthy until I got down to 125lbs and got bad guidence from a "friend", but gained it all back when I got into drinking and partying more BUT now I feel I am all grown up and ready to be serious about this again. I jsut recently quit smoking cigs ( 1 week  today Laughing) . I go to the gym alot not a set scedule yet but getting there. I don't want to over work myself . But I weigh in at 173lbs and want to get down to 125lbs health again

lets lose weight together!!
