Lets talk about the weekend---
From reading the post it seems that a lot or people didnt have the best weekend- food wise. Well I am right with you. Awful food choices--- pizza chips cookies candy chineese food... partying!
I feel like a blob and have ZERO energy...
Im trying to just move on form this weekend-- cant do anythig about it now... But How are the rest of you "getting back on the wagon"
Looking for ideas... i havea walk away the pounds video.. wondering if i shold do it-- but i really could go to sleep right now. lol.
Please come and vent-- maybe we can get some ideas flowing and get re-motivated.

It's an extra 45 minutes of jump roping for me. And i just washed my sports bra today too. oh well.
too tired to vent--but I did ride 30 miles on my bike, so at least I burned off the crapola that I ate, lol!
Well yesterday I went to a Debate at my college... Was there from 8am-4pm and they had a lot of Free Food... And I didn't do so well around it...
By the time I got home at 5pm I had eaten 2300 calories for the day - I burn 2300 on my sedentary days... So I was really upset with myself and decided I would go to Big Lots and buy some more junk food and just binge the night away...
So as I was walking around Big Lots trying to find something tasty to binge on, this really heavy set guy was walking down the aisle and he had to squeeze to get past me... I saw him and I ended up leaving Big Lots without buying anything and just going home and going to bed...
I slept until 10:30am today and survived my bad day yesterday at Maintenance calories... Today I hopped back on the bandwagon and I've eaten 1600 calories so far and I burned off 250 with exercise so I'm doing much better tonight!
Just gotta get back in dieting mode again :)

good job hybrids--- i neeed to use some of that mentality! way to go at biglots!
Friday I had a good day and then split some chinese food with a friend friday night. I believe I was within my limit maybe even a deficit, but I told myself the rest of the weekend I'd keep up the exercise and eat well.
Well, yesterday started out great with the exercise and had an amazing breakfast. Knew I was going to lunch with a friend, planned for it, did great. THEN, my roommate's called and we all went to the bar to watch games, and I nibbled-nibbled-nibbled. Then later at the next bar I nibbled and ordered a Apple Crisp, and OH did I eat. I don't even know how much. Nachos, quesadillas, layered bean dip, fries, OH MY! I ate a lot.
So yeah, I'm right there. Today however, I woke up and ran my best mile and ran my 1.5 mile route straight through for the first time. And ate very well today. So I'm hopping right back on track, drank lots of water, planned out my week, and am not weighing until Wednesday (and kicking myself for it, because I never push back weighing, but I just don't want to get down on myself). And I too am exhausted.
Good luck to everyone getting back on track! And I'm making sure I do well this weekend when I go out of town.

I did the same as djrizzo. I rode my mountain bike through 27 miles of trail today to make up for my calorie sins. I was very bad friday night and yesterday. Friday I went to a Kwings minor league hockey game and had three 24 oz bud lights and a few "servings" of cinnamon roasted almonds. So, I went to the gym and worked out Saturday morning. I normally only workout Monday thru Friday. I felt better about myself but then we went to the Notre Dame football spring game. I behaved there and even turned down several beers. But then we went to CJ's pub to watch the Cubs game. CJ's makes the best hamburgers in town and I had saved my calories so I could eat one of their Half pounders with olives and provolone cheese. I only ate the burger, no fries, no chips. But then the Cubs started scoring. Two shots of gold schlager and a shot of Jager and three or 4 pitchers of beer later and I was done, literally. (I didn't drink the entire pitchers myself they were split between two of us) So Sunday morning I decided to punish myself. No weight gain so far but we will see how it plays out this week. This is the worst weekend calorie wise I have had since joining here.
It wasn't an overly bad weekend for me, but I'm just disappointed in myself because I was trying to be good, weekends are the worst times for me. Saturday was fine, I ate very little during the day, as I was saving my calories for what I thought was going to be a high cal, high fat dinner at a friends place. It was supposed to be takeaways but they decided to cook instead. So it was much much better than I expected. But there was chips and dips involved. Sunday was the worst. I went nuts on chips and dips and fell in to the old "oh well I've ruined the day I may as well continue" trap. Cheese, carbs, muesli bars, biscuits... and all late at night too... aaaahhh!
I'm getting back on the bandwagon by having a low calorie day today, and going to Curves tonight as usual. We're half way through the day and I'm doing good so far. Its a workmates birthday and they bought cake in to work. I haven't touched it so far... ok maybe I had a teeny tiny teaspoon full but thats it I swear!
