I am 19 years old and about 6'1" tall. I used to average 155 pounds, but now am up to about 163 lbs, everyone says you don't notice 10 pounds on a 6 foot frame, but I do, and I want to be about 140 pounds as my goals, is this too low? It seems very low, but I have a very long, lean, slim build and I think I could do it healthily as I'm a university volleyball player and work out a lot. Any thoughts from other tall women out there?

I'm 6'3, 175 lbs... Used to average between 148-155 but I gained some weight... Trying to get back to that...
I'm sure 140 is reasonable...

I'm not that tall (5'10"), but I think it depends a lot on your build. If you have a thin frame, then 140 sounds reasonable to me. I am about 143 right now and just lost ~10 lbs. It didn't make a very noticeable difference on me, so I'm continuing. I would maybe set the goal there, but play it by ear :) It's hard to know - if you are very toned, you may not need to lose as much.
Depends on your build, I think. I'm 6'2" with wide hips and I look just about perfect at 200. Below that and my doc says I'd start looking like a scarecrow ::shrug:: But that's just the build I have...
Lotz of support from here! *hug* (I'm 5"11)
