A lebanese and indian specialty dish.

Ingredients
2 lbs boneless chicken (red meat)
1 cup plain yogurt
1 tsp red coloring
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
2 tbsp lemon juice
5 tbsp oil
Directions
  1. Marinate the chicken for 24 hours

  2. Grill in the oven

  3. or on the barbecue grill
