Recipe Ingredients for Tangy, Cajun Chicken Tenderloins
| 8 | boneless, skinless chicken Tenderloins |
| 3 | tbsp Caesar Salad Dressing |
| 3/4 | cup lemon juice |
| 1 | can of chicken broth |
| 1/2 | cup of water |
| 3 | tbsp of ground pepper |
| 2 | tspn of Thyme |
| 2 | tspn of Dill Weed |
| 4 | ounces of Cajun seasoning |
| 4 | ounces of Garlic Powder |
| 3 | ounces of Pickle Juice |
| 1 | packet of seasoned croutons (optional) |
Recipe Directions for Tangy, Cajun Chicken Tenderloins
- Put the chicken tenderloins in a large bowl, then add all of the ingredients. Let marinate for 2-8 hours. (Depending on how strong you want the flavors to come through)
- After marinating, grill on medium-high heat for five to ten minutes, or until desired lightly browned. OR,
- Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes in a foil lined pan. If frozen, bake 40 to 50 minutes.
