Tangy Orange Salad Dressing Recipe

Makes 6 servings


Great on green salads, especially those with some fruit. It's also good on steamed vegetables.

Ingredients
1 cup orange juice
2 tbs lemon juice
2 tbs red wine vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
Directions
  1. Combine in a jar with a tight fitting lid.

  2. Shake until the mustard is completly incorporated.
