| 2 | cups cottage cheese |
| 25 | oz pasta sauce |
| 15 | oz ricotta cheese |
| 9 | oz pasta |
| 8 | oz mozzarella |
| 1/2 | cup onion |
| 2 | cups spinach |
| 1/2 | cup basil |
- Line up 4 oven ready lasagna noodles in the bottom of a casserole dish
- Mix all other ingredients (except pasta sauce)
- and put down a layer over noodles (1/3 of mixture)
- put down a layer of sauce (1/3 of 25oz jar)
- repeat until there are 3 layers
- Cook at 375 for an hour with foil over the top for the first 1/2 hour
- let cool for 10 minutes after done baking
