| 8 | tomatoes |
| 1/2 | cup sour cream |
| 1 | onion |
| 1 | garlic clove |
| 9 | cups chicken broth |
- cut tomatoes into quarters
- the same with onion
- put them (and the whole garlic clove) in the oven, for one hour at 200 degrees celsius
- heat the broth
- mix the tomatoes + onions in a blender and mix with the broth and sour cream
- taste with salt peppar and cayenne peppar
