| 8 | ounces sliced mushrooms |
| 14 | ounce chicken broth, less sodium |
| 2 | cups water |
| 2 | tbsp garlic, minced |
| 2 | cups frozen stir fry vegetables |
Combine all ingredients in sauce pan, bring to boil and then simmer for approximately 30 mins or until vegetables tender. Makes 5 one cup servings exactly.
