I do not know about this specific chinese tea, but it seems like green tea is a very natural and healthy fat metabolizer.

Since I started drinking tea I feel a bit lighter.

But I dont know if it applies to everyone.

I had chinese tea once. You took it every morning and night then cut it down to night times, i think.

Don't take it. They are basically laxatives. Stomach cramps and always going to the loo. Not pleasant! I can't even remember if I lost any weight. It took my mind off looking at the scales just because it made me miserable.

But like nattys says, just drink green tea. It's full of anti-oxidants and speeds up the metabolism. If you drink it after a meal it causes carbohydrates to be released slowly, preventing sharp increases in blood insulin levels. This also helps your body to burn fat.

A) the tea tastes awful. And I love tea so it's bad if I say that.

B) It tells you to have 1200 calories a day. And guess what?? you can do that here for free!

It's just oolong tea, if you wanna just buy the same tea and drink it. This tea isn't special.

Hi,

My wife purchased it befoe she left to go to CA, she tried it a few times (she is not a tea drinker), however I have 2-3 a day and I love tea.  So, wheither it works as it says, I can not tell you, I know that it is "bland" compaired to regular tea.  I use sugar twin or Splenda in it.

She was in an auto accident and had steriod shots to help the back pain, now gained 20 p from the shots.  So, she was looking for the "magic" pill so to say.  I have come to realize that obviously there is no such thing.  However as others have said tea is good for you.  It replaced my 6 cups of coffee a day, so I am happy about that.

I will not buy the Wi-Yu tea, I will get a tea from the health store.

Hope this helps.

Dave

Hey hey,

thanks all! I was just inquisitive- I have read some outlandish studies and reviews of this tea, supposidly a little more special than the regular oolong tea, and with no verification of authenticity. I enjoy searching around for those "strange miracles" mostly for hoots and hawws...I think we've all fallen for a few magial moments in our lives. Anyway, from what I can see you can, as nived said, buy this oolong tea from the health food store and for HUNDREDS of dollars less than this company. Funny thing, I filled out an online survey then all of a sudden this Chinese guy started calling me, I could do all I could from laughing when the phone rang!

Aww the communication in this tread it beautiful.  On another note, since I can't seem to get a response in Health and Support or weightloss with the title.

Has Anyone tried CLA supplements to Aid Weight Loss? Looks like I am dealing with some water weight this week, up 2 lbs since Sunday- Definitely did not induldge enough to gain 2 lbs of fat.....mmmm Frown...if it was due to indulgence than atleast I could Laughing at the rise in the scale. 2 weeks to hit minigoal! Time is running out!
