teachers - activity?

Teachers - do you consider yourselves to be sedentary or lightly active?

I went with lightly active, but I was wondering the same thing.

Lightly active.  Any job that requires as much standing as teaching does makes you at least lightly active (more if you do exercise too).

I teach high school.  I wonder, though, is this maybe not as active as teaching elementary?

I put down sedentary....then I add in the activities.  It's a little more time consuming, but as a substitute this year I teach kinder some days....which is very physical, and 5th grade other days, which is a lot of standing and some sitting.  I would agree that on an average basis it is light...but if you have an extra physical day...add it in the activity log.
