That’s the house I was looking at, but the electricity was off when we got there around 8:40 last night, so it was hard to see everything, and taking pictures with my iphone was impossible. It has a decent sized front and backyard with a plum tree, an orange tree, and a few other trees for shade, along with a nice patio area in the front with cute paving stones, and a trellis that I could have roses or honeysuckle or jasmine climb up.

The three bedrooms are all pretty good sized, the two ones in the front smaller then the master bedroom, but not by much. The kitchen is pretty good sized, with great cabinets, and both bathrooms are decent sized as well, two people could be in them without squishing and the master bath has a bathtub with jets in it! Enough closet space in each room for sure, and the breakfast nook and bar area are spacious enough for a dining table and bar stools for the bar.

It looks a lot like that, with the raised fireplace, but it’s about knee height instead of shin height, and the rocks were more like this fireplace than that one. http://www.rglarson.com/examples/36/cultured% 20stone%20fireplace.jpg

The living room/dining room/family room is all one larger room that is slightly separated by the walls, but not closed off, and the roof is high in that area (really nice).

Backyard is big enough for a decent sized veggie garden, herb garden, flower beds, and still have room for a BBQ pit and grass around everything. There’s also a shed in the backyard that’s on poured concrete, so it’s permanent and stable.
I’m going to put an offer on it once it’s been looked at by my Dad.

Exterior is a tan beige with lighter trim on the bottom, and then a burgundy trim around the roof and on the door.

No carpets at all! All tile, linoleum or laminate.
