I am sort of lucky, I guess, in that Nick is even newer to the area than I do.  He has some friends from Culinary School that he hangs out with occasionally, but he doesn't often want to go out and do things that wouldn't involve me.

Divorces take forever in California!!  Osman's wasn't even a contentious one!

Yeah I'd never seen the awkard turtle used as a form of locomotion before!  ;)  It was always just a gesture to me.

i think what i need to say to P is basically this "there are really only two nights a week where we can go out, and it hurts my feelings that you choose to spend one of the two without me almost every week."

i think that is what it boils down to.

haha, i am just that special.

so meagan, please don't be frightened by my appearance when i get there.  last night, i was REALLY tired, but didn't go to bed.  so i ended up feeling kind of warm (which happens when i'm tired).  THEN i decided that the warmth was a fever, and panic ensued.  i was awake on the couch until 1am.

please note: i am able to stress myself into all kinds of illness.  it's awful.

Oh c'mon, like anyone looks their best after a flight? :)  No worries, it's just Stoga!  :D

Julie - I think that's exactly what you ought to say.  It's boiled down to its true essence, and it's totally legit.

Nick and I stop and taste wine whenever the opportunity presents itself.  Just wanted to show you guys how we do it around here.  ;)

i don't think there is ever a bad time for wine tasting.

Yeah I wished Julie saw that too.  That dude, all gangsta-leaned back in his little silver SUV (leaned so far back that he was invisible through his tinted windows)... he really was a BLK NNJA!

and yes, i did used to hate goat cheese! apparently it's an acquired taste, and i've acquired it!
