bascially implying that P was some dumb hick (not that watching nascar makes people hicks, but that's how he intended it i think)

and P was like "Nascar? brotha you know you're in Boston right now right?"

i invited my friend m to stay with me. I have known him since i was 12. we had takeout, watched bad tv and laughed at stupid you tube videos...like dr horrible's sing a long blog. :) So it turned out okay. I just didnt get any rain! lol

I know a guy who's like that about his "music" (I use the term loosely)

He insists that people who don't like it (and very few people do like it) just don't get it.  Really?  It couldn't possibly be that you just suck?

His guitar resembles the sound of a cat being tortured on stage.  The voice isn't much better.  I can say nothing about the lyrics since I can't listen closely enough to decide what they are.  When he found out I was moving to NY he wanted to send some demo tapes with me...  I conveniently just never managed to remember to grab them.

 right? i was like...nascar? really? it was like that was the worst insult he could come up with too, like he was mr. intelligent and his jokes were above us. little did he know P's probably 10 times smarter than him.

Okay, so this weekend we've been noticing that Nick and Clint have a total bromance going on.  In response, Brittany coined the term "homance" to refer to the same thing, but with two girls.  We laughed for like fifteen minutes about that one.  :D

oooh fun, just got my dress that i ordered!! it's a little shorter than i was thinking it would be, but i just tried it on in the bathroom and it's cute! won't seem too short if i throw some black tights on under it :)

wow so i just realized that the little scanner i have on my desk that i use for documents actually works awesome for photos!

Ooo, that's cool!  I have so many photos from back in the day that I ought to scan.

yeah, unfortunately i just used it to scan a photo of the guy i mentioned in my journal. :(

it's really been bumming me out. keep thinking about his poor girlfriend who he was apparently going to ask to marry him when he got back. i can't even imagine.

found an old pic of him in the dorm holding the Arnold Shwarzenegger book somebody got him for his birthday with a huge smile on his face though.

from what i knew he was a really loyal guy too. i remember freshman year he had a girlfriend back home. girls were ALWAYS throwing themselves at him, and he didn't give any of them the time of day. all the guys would give him a hard time about it, but he didn't care.
