I can recommend some cars, and I hybrid (with he current economy) is NOT one of them.

I lost money in the market, want to get rid of credit bills, and pay for the wedding.

so I'm selling my other more expensive toys to pay for everything, and then I'll be OK again.  and I'll just play with my little GSXR 600 poppin wheelies in parking lots and stuff...lol

i'm looking for something that gets good gas mileage, that is going to last, fun to drive, looks cute, reasonably priced.

i'm thinking i'll probably go for a 2005 or so...

leaning towards japanese cars honda, mazda, nissan or toyota...

Yes... I look forward to a rebound in the economy... yet another bad day for the market today.  Fortunately, my investments are Chinese haven't been affected much.  My dad has lost 80% of his 401K though.

Maybe we can exit this war pretty soon, clean up the mortgage crisis and get our banks rolling again.

Good gas mileage and fun-to-drive don't always go together :(

How is that Corolla driving spanky?  Is it an S?

yeah i know meagan...i suppose the good gas mileage thing isn'tHUGELY important now, since i don't drive a whole lot for work and all. but who knows in a few years...

hmmm I think you just described me...hahahah...ok ok ok just kidding...lol

Yep, it's an S.  It looks faster than it is, but it's driving fine.

It's an automatic.  :(  I mostly got an automatic because my sister can't drive stick, and sometimes it'd be nice for her to be capable of driving my car, but I really miss a manual transmission!
haahaha eddie, too bad your taken or i'd take ya for a test drive at least

Careful eddie... she has a stiff suspension.  Stretch first!

HA!

The discs in my back are still all out of whack from July 4th weekend Jules... who knew watersports could be so dangerous, and I'm not talking about skiing and wakeboarding. Surprised

it happens dave, it happens

perhaps i should come with some kind of warning....
Hehehe

Jules, you didn't give him a backrub afterward?  haha, that's my girl, love 'em and leave 'em!
haha you know how i roll :)

oh it's ok...I'm use to stiff suspension...I have adjustable springs available... I got everything covered.

test drive huh?...well you might not come back after the test drive....you might fall in love with my all wheel drive turbo engine...hahahahahaha

gettin' kinda hot in here...

AWD?  Turbo?  Rawrrrrr

haha you know how i roll :)

She rolled out... I was left crawling.

Hahahaha Jules... that reminds me of one of the text exchanges with the Texan putz in DC

eddie, you know how attached girls get after they've had one test drive...
