It's the younger sister that will give him problems... and she's as pretty as you say she will be, you may want to get him into MMA classes and weightlifting soon so he can keep his friends off her ; )

Good point...think we will.  Right now his friends all are nuts for the older one and make total fools of themselves.  It's embarrassing really.  Fun to watch though.

I am glad that they are attractive though.  It shouldn't matter, but lets be honest...life is easier for you if you  are.  That isn't fair, but it's a fact.   The pic is from last month at Disney...

Aww... you have very cute kids.  What's your son like?

up until about 5 months ago, he was always the smallest kid in the group and then over night 20 lbs and 6 inches...and growing still.  he loves sports, not the best on the team but tries the hardest...he did excel at track and won most of his races...it was great to see him really excel like that!  He is a straight A student and very popluar...one of those kids that good things always happen to and if you didn't think he was so great you would hate him...he's an amazing kid really.

just finished 2 projects and have some down time again...

If you give a BJ and the little blighters get stuck in your teeth....do you need to add them to your daily calorie intake?  How many calories should I add?

Anyone know how many calories are in urine?  I really want to lose weight even if it means standing over the toilet all day to get that last drop out.

(I'm NOT talking about drinking it...)

 I burn A LOT more calories getting them in there then they are I think :-)
