Hi Eddie!

hi Eddie...

I want more stuffing!

I want another day off :)

I want another day off to eat stuffing

I don't want to eat stuffing all day... I want to do what I did all day yesterday

gee...what did you do all day yesterday????  guessing there is no sign of a drought anymore????  have the flood gates opened???

Good morning my Calorie Count friends!  I hope you all had a great long weekend (not long enough)...

Good morning Jeg!

Um... it has been pouring in California  ;)

so I am guessing the age difference no longer matters!  I am really happy for you!

You're right, I don't care about the age difference :D  And Jules was also right - she said that the best #4 she ever had was with a dude about that age!

extra happy for you!!!

So I'm not sure where it's all going, since he is probably leaving the state in March, but at this point I am just going with the flow.  So much fun :)

a lot can happen between now and March...

So, my grandpa who, at 90, was hit by an suv while riding his bike to the beach is doing much better.

He had a bunch of broken bones, but the preliminary x-rays showed his body was already regenerating. The accident also caused a mild stroke.

The bones have now mended, he is walking with the assistance of a walking thing, and he can speak again although he's still fairly garbled. The stroke did take his hearing, he's 95% deaf now, but at least he's all there and his body is quickly bouncing back as well.

And my friends wonder why when I do financial planning, I assume that I'll live beyond 100.

I think that's a great idea J~  If he is leaving then just have fun with it while you can.  Do what you must to not take it seriously unless he comes to you and says he is going to stay at some later date.  Might be hard to get too emotionally mixed up but just always tell yourself that "your just dating to have a good time."

You never know, you might really enjoy a having a good time partner without all of the jealousy and baggage that comes with a committed relationship. Just have a good time.

And is #4 (maybe 4th base) what I think it is?!  I have never heard the term before...

Oh my gosh, Iggy, I didn't know about the accident - I'm glad your grandpa is recovering!  He must have been pretty with it before the accident, if he was riding a bicycle to the beach... I hope he fully recovers!

The term #4 comes from a fellow CC'er's journal - she made a list and sex was #4 on it :)

I'm not sure how well I'll do with not getting emotionally attached, but even if I do and he leaves, it won't be the end of the world.  I'll survive it.
