Hi Missy and Jaimie!

Im happy i get to leave early at 2 today.. plus we got our bonus an im going shopping :)  I have my christmas party tomorrow, i have to go get some cream cheese an blueberry chipotle sauce...

i wish i could board murphy at his daycare, but he freaks out when crated, and thats what they do overnight. hopefully C will be able to keep caring for him once she is better.

 Would probably be good for her to do that.  A return to routine is good for helping cope with loss.

 I am jealous on all counts!  :)

Buddy went to day care every day after the fire...we just couldn't keep him in the hotel all day alone...at first he hated it, but I think that had more to do with being nervous...he was traumatised of course since he was in the house when the fire broke out...he was kept on benedryl to keep him calm for a while...he was really clingy too...but after a while he liked it and started to play with the other dogs. 

It was a bit pricey, but was the best option by far.

i was reading an actually creepy part of "new moon" (2nd twilight book) last night, and the wind was whistling past, making weird noises.  i swear, i could hear quiet talking.  so creepy.

im almost done with the second book.. and my 3rd book wont be here til next tuesday

my plans for the weekend are my work's holiday party tonight, a dog expo tomorrow and possible a craft flea markey dealy on sunday.

and visiting my friend in the hospital :(

the party should be interesting tonight. we've hired almost 40 new people this year alone (for perspective, when i started here 3 1/2 years ago, there were 48 of us total). and a lot of them are young.

my boss said the last time we had a turbulent year like this, people really "cut loose" 

you have a 2 hour lunch break?  must be nice!

Tonight:  Rent Casino Royale with N, so I will be prepared when we go see the new Bond movie tomorrow or Sunday.  Drink copious amounts of beer.

Tomorrow:  Sleep in, then perhaps see the new 007.  Get a Christmas tree with my sister.  Decorate said tree.  Watch the Tractor Parade in my town, which, according to my sister, is "An excuse to stand on the sidewalk with a flask and a cowboy hat."  Yeeee haw!

Sunday:  Football, and the new 007 if N and I don't get there on Saturday.
