Hi Green Team. I hope everyone is having a good week. I'm still walking and making better choices. I feel so much better than I did on New Years. I don't even mind (too much) people seeing me walk outside. I know better health and weight loss will follow. tamji thanks for the cheerleading... Go Green Team!

Can we go for 3 weeks in a row.  We actual took first place last week but my weight got missed.  Maybe I said to much in the post so the number was missed.  Anyway it will be corrected per Tonya.

I gained a pound this week.  Now that I can eat again I seem to be holding on to everything.  It may be the medication that I'm on.  Next week should be better.

Sorry I missed last week's weigh in.  I was in New Orleans on business and was on a crazy schedule.  I'm up 0.2 from two weeks ago but having been sick before that weigh-in and being in New Orleans for 5 days, I'm OK with that.  I'm still on track and hope to be down again next week.

Same as you Pam, I missed last week's weigh in and was sick for the past week and a half. I didn't lose but I didn't gain either. Let's make up for it this week!

I am sorry team, but I think I got dropped, not really sure...I have been having some "mental" problems...mentally I am not with the weightloss...I lossed all of my motivation, not because of you guys...but something within myself....it is crazy as I sit and watch the scale start to climb..I know I need to stay healthy..but I got back into the "bad" habits that my lifetime has created....yes right now is a pitty party for me...and I will bounce out of it...I started a new job..great opportunity for me..I was not looking, it just landed in my lap..but with it brought about a gazillion new responsibilities and as we all know..that calls for chocolate..cookies, or anything else that is right there...I will wake up tomorrow and come off my little "lifestyle" vacation..and go back to the way I want to be...but the working out is very difficult right now..I am working 12 hours a day..it will not last..but for right now I am just spent from work....

If anyone wants to join my pitty party...or move me along, please feel free..that is why I am here...last weigh in was 2/28@ 171lbs yesterday 3/14..well 177lbs..very disturbing since it has taken me 2 years to lose what I have...

Congrats on the new job, how exciting!  Even the good things in life can cause stress.

Take a deep breath.  Take time for yourself every day.  A soak in a hot bubble bath surrounded by candles can do wonders.

Don't give up on yourself. 

Even if you've been dropped from the challenge, that doesn't mean you should give up on yourself.  Hell, we can have our own little challenge in our journals.

Sign up for the April weight loss challenge and use the last bit of March to tune yourself up for April.

I apologize for missing last weeks!  I feel really bad.  My husband's b'day was last week - Weds, actually - and the whole week was really busy.  I am hoping for a loss for this week's weigh-in and yes, I plan on making it.

lilreditalian, I can relate.  Today I am back on my wagon and there is room for you.  Since the operation 6 weeks tomorrow, I have not been able to exercise and I found today really hard but I did it and now I feel better.  I gained some weight too, 4 lbs in the last month.  You will get back on track soon.  Congrats on the new job. Hope everyone has a great week.  Go Green Team!!!!

Edit: down 2.5 pounds - I used to be good at math, oops.
I had a bad week this week although I don't know why.  I haven't been overeating but I went up three pounds.  I'm hoping it is water retention.  I've been drinking lots of water and watching my sodium intake without much change.  :(  I'm trying desperately not to get discouraged.

we're here for ya.  that can be sooo frustrating!  sounds like stupid water retention to me.  hang in there you can do it!

well I'm down my usual .8lb this week.  damn I miss the first month where I was dropping like 3 to 5lbs a week.  ah well, slow and steady wins the race I guess :D
