willowraven -- somehow I missed your post last week -- major congrats on the loss!!!

ok confession time....I've been working so hard since last week.  I made a few changes:

* 5lb weights added to arm workout 3x a week
* also ab/thigh/buns workout (DVD)
* drinking 10 glasses of water daily
* keeping sodium below 2000mg daily
* changing calorie defecit from 700 to 500

and I'm UP 3.4lbs ?????!!!!!?????  damn that's frustrating.  I honestly have not cheated ONCE since I started this whole weight loss journey Jan 2.

but even tho the whole scale thing kinda sucks right now, I'm 189mins over my 1000 min March goal, and I'm actually able to wear a sports bra off the rack again.  I feel sooooo much thinner but not according to the scale or the mirror.  argh.

I just want to say, hang in there if you're in the same boat!  We can do this!  Keep at it, keep weighing in, keep logging your food, keep moving your body everyday.

DON'T GIVE UP!

xoxoxoxoxo
I'm down 1.4 this week - I'm getting really frustrated though.  I really haven't lost anything in the last month.  I wish I knew why.

Pam
oh man I HEAR YA pamt!!!!!  for the last month my losses have pretty much dwindled -- soooo frustrating especially when i'm not cheating etc.

I was losing like -2 or -6lbs a week -- now I stayed the same :P

hang in there...we know logging our foods & moving our bods is the way to lose.  we can do this!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Well, having a hard time believing what I read on the scale this morning but it said 380.4, which means I am at a new low since starting the diet AND the lowest I have been in about 2.5 yrs.  I am in shock and some sort of disbelief, but happy as well.

We started going back to the gym this week as well, and I've been adding water to my daily food intake (had sort of slacked off on it).

By the way, when *is* the last day of the challenge?
oh YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY

*big squishy hug for willowraven*

OMG I'm sooo  happy for you!!!!!!!
::blushes::  thanks!

Today is my daughter's 13th b'day and she is havin cake and ice cream plus I made one of her fave dinners.  I am going to allow myself a lil of each (cake & ice cream), but not enough to go hog-wild and I'm going to try and calculate it into my normal calorie allotment for the day, so I shouldn't be too bad.  Even if I go over a little, it's not something that happens every day so it's a treat.  Unfortunately at this time of year I have several b'days and a couple of holidays to get through.  For me, it's worse than the holiday season because it starts with the first b'day on March 14th and ends with the last b'day on May 14th - so 8 weeks of b'days, food and stresssssssss...  LOL
Congratulations Willowraven---I hope you enjoyed the treats.  We all need a little treat once in awhile.  I just wanted to say a Big Congratulation  to everyone on Team 2 the Green Team, we did a great job!!!  Even if some of  us didn't reach our goal (like me) we still tried and that is the main thing.  Just do your best and we are all winners!!  Looking forward to the next challenge.
Is the challenge over?
What's going on? There was hardly any weigh in posted last week. Is the challenge finished?
