I've averaged 3.3 lb loss per week for past 11 weeks....down 3 this first week.  I'd say I'm shooting for 38-40 next 12.....
Hi! I just discovered this forum topic for our team!!

I've made my meager contribution (by losing 1.2 pounds over the week). I tend to lose between 1-2 pounds a week and I have been exercising like a maniac in January, as you can see on the exercise ticker in my profile.

I had a fun experience at work today. A co-worker asked me "I notice you've lost a bunch of weight. How did you do it?" I said: "I'm keeping track of what I eat and I'm exercising more." I then told her about CC. I hope she joins.

Anyways... Good luck everyone. Feel free to add me to your friend lists and I will do the same.

Hey Team,

I'm sorry to report I had a 1lb gain this week.  I know there are no excuses, but I had an extremely stressful week.  My 9 year old seems to be getting anxiety attacks and it's just heart breaking.

Besides the fact that I have the hardest time staying consistant in watching what I eat.  Sometimes I feel that I'll never lose weight because I been trying for so long and I just seem to gain instead of lose...ok that's enough pity for me.
the list is just from last weeks weigh-in.. Ill update it when Twood posts this weeks weights. (probably saturday or sunday)

Since alot of ppl seem to be having the same question....If you dont know what team you are on try the weigh-in thread. theres a link at the bottom of the main thread
hopeful1178 we all have our times where things are rough. Don't beat yourself up over having eating a few bad things, tomorrow is always a new day and a new start.  We all have our times where we don't eat perfect all the time. We just gotta get back on track. You CAN reach your goals and I believe you will.

My weigh in:

Last week on Wednesday I was 187. This week I'm 184. That's the biggest drop I've had since I started here in September.

I am sad to say that I went up a pound this week but I am down another 1/2 " on my waist which means that although my weight has remained fairly stable, I have lost a total of 2 1/2 " on my waist in three weeks!!!

Too bad we weren't counting measurements!!!
Gosh we are doing GREAT as a team 1/2 inch off your waist is terrific Jake!

I started at 241 and was 236 at weigh in..OMG that was %LBS> this being accountable thing sure is working for me!! I dont want to record that I ate a donut! and those F for nutrition kinda freak me out too!

So how is everyone today.. a few hours to the weekend :) hopefully this one will go better diet-wise than the last for me!

so.. how bout everyone share some little (or big) success they've had today, or this week.

mine is:
Today I was in the library at school which has a cafe with these really huge, high-calorie (but extremely tasty) muffins. Muffins are my weakness. I could smell them and they smelled so good. For this very reason, I dont carry my wallet with me to school. But, whats this? 1.10$ in my pocket, the exact price of a muffin. It must be fate! so I stare at the loose change in my hand, glancing back and forth between it and the seductive muffins staring at me from across the room. I can't take it anymore! I gather my things, and start walking towards them. Then last minute, I veer towards the exit. "run!" I thought. And I got away! no muffin for me. ^_^

Sarah, thanks for coming to visit us, Team 3. That was so very nice of you. Matter-of-fact it was so nice of you that we have decided to give your whole team a gift.

Here a giant tray of sugar-glazed doughnuts from Tim Horton's! (We can't use them.)
Also, if you look under the top 3 doughnuts, there you will find a box of home-made chocolate I made for all of you. (Actually, I made these before Christmas and forgot to use low-calorie ingredients) ENJOY!!!!

Does anyone know how we did as a team for the week? 
In the process of doing some tallying.. it may take me awhile... but Ill try to get something posted tonight.

*whips donuts back at angel.. realises she's 10 hours too late and thus misses by alot... Gathers all the donuts and chocolate and drops them off in the Green Team's forum*
