And I have no idea why the weight going more quickly is happening. That's the odd part. I've been doing this since september and I still can't figure out what works or doesn't work with the body (on a day-to-day basis, anyway. overall? it makes sense)

I worked out 5 days this last week and have been doing pretty good on my calorie intake. However I think the stir-fry that I had last night decided to help me maintain the water in my body because on Monday I was down a pound and now **POOF** I've gained it back :(
But that is OK because I will just drink LOTS and LOTS of water :)
So team, sorry but I'm up .20 ounces from last week.
