- Do at least 20 min. of cardio 5 times a week
- Eat less sweets
- Stop eating late at night

Umm, I'm just thinking, what with all the Games threads we have now, (and sooo many teams! yay!) when Jayd starts her official thread you guys might wanna link back here to this post so the info doesn't get lost in the shuffle and nobody is out of the loop :) Just my suggestion. :D

Hi Gals!
Ugh, I'm sorry to say I have to work on the motivation area after that long holiday weekend. But I will get back ready to get rid of this darned midriff! Oh, JayD, whenever ya get here, maybe you can add a new level of friends just for team members. If we want to send messages privately you can start a journal entry that's marked just for that friends level & we can communicate that way. Any thoughts on that?
Okay, I'm gonna get to work here but I'll be back later to post my stats & goals like Laurie & Vive.

- love sweets, but have been cutting back.
- need to start toning
- try do to cardio at least 3x a week
- walk at least 3 miles 3x this week
- stop snacking at night
- cut back on sweets
- drink more water
Sorry guys, I've been out of town all weekend totally incommunicado with the outside world. I'm getting caught up even though I'm swamped at work right now.
We're getting started Thursday and I will be all caught up on the low down by tomorrow. Thanks for being patient and I'm glad to see that y'all are getting along and pumped to get started! :)

Hey guys, I'm never far from my computer so just call my name if you need me!!
Just wanted to let our team know, I am around but for the next few days may not be able to get on the computer until after work. School started today so I am a little busy this first week. Don't worry I am still ready to start the challenge and will be here in everyway until the end!!

1: stay away from food after 7:00pm
2: don?t go to bed or nap before two hours after eating
3: stick with my meal plan
4: warm up before workouts
5: stretch after workouts
6: work out and push myself to work harder when it gets easy
7: vary my food choices (I tend to eat the same things every day)
8: drink at least 8 glasses of water
9: log on everything that I eat (even the mess ups that I want to forget
about)
10: eat peanut butter only once a day
