I guess since I didn't post in the other topic of getting to know you I'll do it here.
I'm 27 years old 5'3" (well, a tad bit shorter than that!) and weigh 125. I'm a very good girl at logging and get A's pretty much every day and follow 50-30-20 rule (well, not as good on weekends). I'm very competitive and am willing to fully support my team the best I can!!
So... charge forth Oh Fearless Nymo! Lead us into Victory!!!
(lol... I'm feeling a little sleep deprived - I think it's affecting my brain!)

The first challenge has been posted! And guess what? It's all about YOU! Yeah, I said it, you! Think it looks easy? Think again. It's a lot harder than you think to constantly remember to take care of yourself first but it's something we should all strive to do.
Numbers and Points and Spreadsheets, Oh my!
Neeners has created a spreadsheet for the teams to keep track of their points for this challenge! It will be made available to every team Captain as well as any Player who would like to keep their information private. If you prefer, you can just give your Captain your total points each week. More on this later.
Don't worry about it now! Let's just get started today :) Do what you want. Do more later... if you want! It's all about {{{you}}} ~ Your Goals & Your Health :)

Ok gang, in post #8 of this thread United says there is a prize for first person to post the answer in team thread. I don't know that I need a prize, but I'll post here in case it helps our team, as I didn't see an answer in any of the other team threads.

Challenge 2.... I have learned about the power of flax seed. Golden flax seed tastes the best! It is very easy to incorporate into your diet. If you have a coffe grinder on hand then you can buy them whole and mill them yourself to add to soups, sauces, bread, pancakes, smoothies. I toss them whole on top of my oatmeal. I hope everyone checks it out and learns something new. They truly are an amazing food!
