3. My goals for this website are to help me lose another 34 pounds before I turn 30 next July. I am doing this by trying to eat healthier and to get more exercise.
4. The personal challenges I am facing are the motivation to work out 4-5 days a week. I can usually fit it in 2-3 days a week. The problem comes from working full time, commuting, cooking dinner, spending time with kids. My kids are so important to me and I hate taking time away from them to make myself better. I would much rather spend the time making their lives better. I know eventually me being healthier will make their lives better I just feel I am being selfish, if that makes sense. I guess I need to find ways to incorporate exercise with my kids. I guess I took the long way around to get to that but that would have to be my personal challenge.
5. I am very motivated for this challenge. I needed a way to "spice" things up. I have been getting kind of complacent and I need a little kick in the behind. :)
6. I am not sure what the team can push me with but if you guys figure something out just push me on that. ;)
7. I have a great laugh, smile, and happy personality!!!! I know that is 3 things but they all go together. I love being HAPPY!!! and I am generally a happy person. When I get down I get very upset with myself b/c I don't like to be sad/angry/unhappy.
8. Unique thing about myself~Hmmmmmm....I might have to get back to you on that one. {{tick tock, tick tock, tick tock}} OK I figured something out. I am very quirky!!! I love to have fun and just be silly. I love to make people laugh and brighten their day anyway that I can. (Psst, don't tell anyone but I am probably in the wrong profession)
9. I have been married for 5 years. I have a 10 year old and a 3 year old. My husband is a wonderful man who has taken my oldest son on as his own and is truly a kind hearted man. I love him dearly!!!!! We several fish but no other pets.

My goals are to lose 90.8 more lbs and retain a new healthy lifestyle and learn how to eat right with the proper mix of exercise. I want to be able to maintain my website and receive the support necessary to do this. I have received a lot of support already and I have only been using the website for a week. I want to continue to jump right in with both feet per se.
I would like to increase my muscle toning exercises and continue to stay on tract of losing weight. I walk daily and want to continue that even on the days that I do not feel like I have enough energy or motivation. 1....my name is Vicki, Vic, Victoria, or you with the face!
2. I'm 26, but I've always felt generations older....I was born in the wrong time period!
3. My goal for this website is to lose weight, and be healthy. I've always yo-yo'd for a lot of reasons, and I just want to look in the mirror and not cringe!
4. My personal challenges are many and great! haha j/k. The hardest part for me is food. I love it. I struggle because I feel you only live once....but at the same time, I want to be skinny in this life! haha so basically I exercise just to eat! I need to break that though.
5. I'm a pretty darn motivated person! Better at motivating, than being motivated, but we'll see!
6. To eat better, make healthier choices...and break my ice-cream addiction! also, to try new things for my workouts.
7. Something positive? I'm a great person to know. I'm very loyal, and will do anything for someone I care about!
8. I love to sing. I made a demo cd to send around the music biz...I had just finished it when I met my ex and got pregnant. All of the cd's are dusty on a shelf now.
9. I have one gorgeous daughter! She's 5, and knows everything. She is one of the best things to ever happen to me! I am 'single' on tax forms, but I have a signifigant other, Travis. Been together 3 years, and own a house and hopefully a dog soon. I'm sure he'll pop the question in the next year! haha

Patience. I gained what I lost and lost the patience to lose again.

- a) *Weight* a Minute!!!
- Do you want to gain, maintain or lose weight? I want to lose then maintain of course !
- Do you Like to Weigh yourself & How Often? I try to weigh myself every day. Doesn't work cuz I'm not psycho about it though. I hate it!
- Have you been thinking about changing what you do I've been wanting to change for awhile. I have the knowledge, I'm just lazy sometimes. That feeling of you only live once gets ahold of me!
- Take a moment to write down, in some personal place, just what you do, why and what you would like to change over the next 6 weeks? I count calories, always logging in the journal. Tend to skip out on weekends, though. Over the next 6 weeks, I need to incorporate more fruits, veggies, and good carbs and protein into my diet. I need to get my weights out again, and get back into my good routine. I need to LAY off the ice cream!
- If you don't get weighed, that's ok! Sometimes it's better to put the scales in storage! The point is to figure out what you do and why! Then let's keep doing it as long as it works for us in our lives :) Everyone adjusts what they do when something quits working! Including Weighing ourselves :)
- b) *Get Up & Move*
- Do you Exercise and How? I generally do 3 times a week. Cardio for 1/2 hour or more and weight training....2 muscle groups a workout. I have an elliptical and treadmill, weight bench with weights. I also try to walk on breaks, and be active whenever I see an opportunity
- Do any activity intentionally during the weekdays or on weekends? I do alot! I do little exercises at my desk or in the car, and I walk on breaks!
- Have you been thinking about changing what you do? I have. I know what to do, I just have to do it!
- Take a moment to write down, in some personal place, just what you do, why and what you would like to change over the next 6 weeks? I really, really want to do SOMETHING new for cardio, especially. I need to spice things up and get out of my comfort zone. So, I would like to try one new thing a week for my cardio
- If you have already thought about this and intentionally avoid a formal Exercise Plan, that's ok! Sometimes it's better to just get up and move spontaneously! The point is to figure out what you do and why! Then let's keep doing it as long as it works for us in our lives :) Everyone adjusts what they do when something quits working! Including How & When we Exercise :)
- c) *Eating Well & Appropriately*
- Do you know follow a formal meal plan or eat spontaneously throughout the days? A little bit of both. I get hungry off schedule sometimes. But I basically try to eat 4-6 smaller meals a day.
- Have you been thinking about changing what you do That's why I'm here!
- Take a moment to write down, in some personal place, just what you do, why and what you would like to change over the next 6 weeks? I really really need to get better things in me. Learn how to get meals planned that are yummy and healthy. The whole family needs this.
- If you eat a specific way for personal, religious or health reasons and won't be changing a thing, that's ok! We all have to do what works for us! The point is to figure out what you do and why! Then let's keep doing it as long as it works for us in our lives :) Everyone adjusts what they do when something quits working! Including Weighing ourselves :)

Ok, I have posted all of the answers to the challenge questions in my journal. And I also track my activity and food log daily on this website along with tracking it on my computer. So where does the points come into play. I am a little confused on this can anyone provide guidance here??

- Take a minute and write down your epiphany with your *Hopes & Dreams* Man, I have sooo many hopes and dreams! My biggest dream for weight/nutrition is to be able to eat right without even thinking about it. To be making good meals and choices for my family as well, and instilling it in my daughter as well, so she never has to struggle like I did all my life.

I was thinking of putting the challenges in my journal to keep everything 'tidy' so to speak. You guys could possibly respond to challenges in yours? This might be an easier way to keep track of everyone's progress. Waddya think??
