Sorry Team! I just had a 5 day weekend in Vegas...it's a miracle I didn't gain!
I'll make up for it this next week though, gotta work off all that buffet food and beer! =0
uh oh...is it just me or is team 1 losing some steam? the posts are going down and i am sensing less enthusiasm! Don't let the pressure get to you guys! enjoy this beautiful spring with some nice walks outside!

sorry if i've been out of the loop this week, i am so sick
i weighed myself finally yesterday, and i gained a pound, but i think it's water weight. i've been feeling soooo tired and bloated and weighed down and yucky, which is just making my cold worse. and i haven't been sleeping much because i can't breathe thru my nose and it keeps running. uuggghhh.
next week will be better though. sorry ladies!!!!!!!!! i feel so bad ![]()
I'm here full on! I visit for the first time with a trainer tomorrow at 6am for a metabolic assessment.
Going to nail down exactly how many calories I should be consuming and what I am burning off when I work out. I'm crossing my fingers they will tell me to be eating more!
I'm expecting to lose at least 1 lb next week as I plateaued last week and have been very good.

Sorry i haven't posted in a while but i've had a really hectic week. So how's everyone doing? I'm sticking to my diet well enough not doing as much exercise as i'd like but hey.
Hope everyone is still feeling motivated, I am but it is hard when you get that hunger that just won't go away! Anyone know what i mean? ![]()
So i'd like to ask everyone what their motivation is so it can spur us on again to think of that end goal.... mine personally is to be around 150lbs by July for my holidays. Can't wait to get away, sun, sea and lazy days.
Any way hope you are all ok. Stay focused and if you fall off the wagon, don't beat youself up just get back on.

Well, I have already lost 10 lbs and have had a lot of people tell me that they notice which is a huge plus for me. Having people tell me they notice really matters.
One of my friends apologized for that saying, "not that you looked bad before." I am just not going to be offended by that, I'd rather have people notice...that's part of losing the weight!
Also, summer is coming. I am in MN - you guys, we got 10 inches of snow last night...
So maybe summer is coming. Getting that much snow is very odd (even for MN) this time of year. But, I got another weekend of covering up which works for me.
I am losing weight for 2 reasons:
1) I had a baby in December and want to get the weight off.
2) My sister is getting married July 12 and I am the maid of honor. She is the last of the family to get married and the last time for a while i am sure to have a big family photo. The dress is actually extremely flattering so I am not worried about having a PERFECT body, but I wanna look good :)
So there is my motivation!
I cheated and weighed myself yesterday and am thinking I broke the 200lb mark...we will see Tuesday!

Just had my first meeting with the trainer this evening. Unfortunately, I'm at 1500 calories for weight loss! Which means I've been eating more than I should (1600).

I was sick all weekend so did not work out on my trainer's schedule. Not to mention I a binged a bit...just couldn't help myself! I was home in bed the whole weekend and ravenous!

Alright! I am back and working with Jillian's new video.

Yeah... moving in the right direction now and it's about time given that I have used up my two weeks of not weighing in. Yikes!
