teen poll: how many cals do you take in?


So how many calories do you normally have on a daily basis and how much exercise do you get?

1300 calories and exercise 3/4 days a week.
2,000 to 2,100 and try to exercise 2-3 times a week (and add back the calories that I burn). By the way I am maintaining and not trying to lose.

1,000 atm as I've just recently started recovering from an ED, I'll be upping it to 1,200 tomorrow though as I know I'm still not eating enough, just trying to gradually get used to eating more =]  I also exercise 2-3 times a week and walk for at least an hour most days (I do up my cals a bit when I exercise though).  I'm also trying to maintain.
2,000 calories to maintain without exersize; and on days when I swim or skate it's 2,500. I walk, do sit-ups, and do stretches daily, but I also do another type of exersize about 2 to 3 times a week if I can.

In the summer I swim everyday though...
Between 1800-2000. Now, in the winter, I tend to have a 200 calorie defecit on non-workout days and a 500-600 calorie defecit on workout days. It's going to be different when soccer and lacrosse season starts up in the spring, though.
1500 and I run for half an hour every night.

Plus I work 8 hours most days and I'm in a coffee house standing up and serving people...so I have a 1000 cal deficit. YES. :)
on days when i don't excersize, i eat around 1600-1700. on days when i do, anywhere from 1800-1900. my 'excersize' is anything from taking an hour-long walk to a half hour of pretty intense dancing, haha
normally between 2000 and 2100. I'm 4'10" around 90 lbs, 13 years old (some days a little more others a little less), I gained on 2500-3000 and am now trying to maintain.
1500-1600 calories and I excercise every day of the week, excluding the weekends, for about 1-1/2 hours. I'm trying to maintain my weight~
around 1800-2100 i think, don't really count anymore. ballet 4 times a week. i'm maintaining 110-112 lbs and i'm 5'9 1/2.
btwn 2250-2500/day.

On rest days, about 1300-1400.
Workout days, (usually 5x a week running 5-7 miles) 1500-1600.
1400 per day, and I exercise 5 days a week. :]

I aim for 1300-1500 but sometimes I go overboard....

Anywhere from 1300-1800 depending on how active I was that day.

I exercise at least 4 times a week. Burning at least 400 calories.

Too few.

I eat on average 1200 calories, recovering (recovered?) from an ED.  I do 1-2 hours of exercise a day. I am trying to get up to 1700 a day, but I did a month eating that, gained 6lbs, panicked and dropped my cals back down to 1000.  

Its horrible that some of you girls think that 1000 calories is enough.  Teens should be getting a minimum of  1600 calories a day, and the older young calorie counters should be getting a minimum of 1300 calories.

i eat, on average, 1200 calories a day. up until the start of this month i was hardly active at all, so 1200 was the max i could eat and maintain my weight. now that i'm trying to lose weight though, i'm exercising 6-7 days a week and keeping with the 1200 calories a day.
ummm lately? between 1300-1500 and the only exercise I'm getting now is during dance(about 20 min a day total) and when I'm walking home and between classes every day (about 30 min a day total)...yeah I should still be eating more, I know...you can yell at me if u want.

On days I don't workout.. probly around 1600 or so...

and on the days I do run and stuff around 2000

about 4-5 days I week I'm doing some soccer conditioning pretty much running for like 20 minutes and some ab stuff... ladders.. sometimes stairs...

and I usually run anywhere from 2 to 4 times a week ususally  miles at least

I do some ddr every day...

and I just randomly dance and stuff when I'm in my room or whatever xP 

I can eat up to 2000 calories some days depending on how hungry I am, but I usually eat between 1500-1600 calories a day. I don't do much exercise [anymore] besides light strength training 3-4 times a week and cardio like once a week.. lol. My cardio goal each week is around 90 minutes, but lately I've only been making it to 30.
