hey all

i wanna lose 15 lbs by the middle of march

i know that thats a bit much but i will strive for the best

anyway that has been some talk in the teen forum about starting a challenge so i thought i would go ahead and get it going

I'm all for Monday weigh ins. Already up in the morning then ;)

 

What kinds of challenges etc should we have? I personally need to focus more on musculature, but a clean eating week is never a bad idea... Any thoughts on that? As of tomorrow I am cutting the few minor dairy/egg byproducts out of my diet, and focusing on fresh fruits and vegetables, no caffeine, no preservatives, no processed carbs, lots and lots of water. Raw nuts and legumes will keep my calories above 2000.

*edit* My version is very strict as my lifestyle already cuts out meat, most dairy, white carbs, and I just don't eat most of the other things that I'm giving up. Caffeine and sucralose are my true vices. Come up with something that is practical for yourself- for me this is clean, for some people this is psychotic ;)

Hey guys,

Been hovering around 125 for a longgg ass time...

And now about 123ish, cept it took me about a month to drop 2 lbs.

I have this show date (4/4/09) that I want to be a little slimmer by, so that's my main goal..

Oh, yeah:

Age: 19 (my bday's in late november...so I'm still a teen! :P)

Height: 5'2"

CW: 123

GW: 110

And eventualllyyy...105. (end of May?)

Weekends are very hard for me because I usually go to visit my bf and then we eat out a lot. Plus, he likes eating sweets (brownies, cookies, and ice cream) A LOT.
