Has any Teen Succesfully Lose Weight?
And not 5 pounds. but at least 15-20 and kept it off? It seems a lot of people need advice but is there anyone to give it?
I Have lost About 40lbs an have am still losing. and will keep it off! i started about 4 months ago and changed everything in my life. my eating habits, my exercise an i will never go back to the way i was. losing that much weight totally keeps you going to lose more.
Starting weight: 196
Current weight: 155-156
i did and still do eat healthy.. bt i never id 1500. about 1300-1440.. my current daily calorie goal is 1240. and i took tons of walks. but never any crazy exercise.
Yeah, because I'm really unsure on how many calories I eat. I exercise for an hour everyday and now I'm eating 1500 calories- do you think I'll lose weight?
yeah. but not too quickly.. in my opinion.. i mean every1 is different. but if i ate 1500cals.. i feel like i would gain weight.. not lose it. did u take the calorie target quiz?. i found that its kinda helpful. but for me to maintain my weight they say i need around 1600.. so if i went down to 1500.. i would just lose like an ounce a month... it all depends on how much you weigh.. as you lose weight u need to lower your calorie intake.. feel free to message me if u wanna talk or have questions about my plan..
Thanks for your help! Where would I take this calories quiz? I don't want to eat 1300 just because I'm so unhappy when I do. But maybe 1400 instead of 1500. anyway, can you tell me where to take the calorie quiz? Thanks:]
its on the calories count page.. go to tools.. then calorie target.. heres the link http://caloriecount.about.com/cc/calories-goa l.php
if maintaining is 1242.. then eating 1500.. which is 300 MORE than mainting... WILL CAUSE WEIGHT GAIN!! I know its hard 2 give up the extra calories. but give it a shot!! See what it says for Weight Loss...Are You sure 1242 is maintaining.... sounds like that could be weight loss..
I don't really know my deficit. I exercise for an hour every day. 12 minutes running on the treadmill and 10 minutes walking and a 30-minute exercise video(exercisetv.tv) do you think I'm burning enough?
i wouldnt take my advice because obviously it will be dissed on.
But a couple years ago. i weighed 135 i got upset so i started only eating one meal a day (lunch) and one snack around 4pm. thats all i ate for 2-3 weeks && i burned off 10 pounds. but then when i tried eating again normally because i was happy with my goal, i ended up getting sick for 3 days && i couldnt eat anything, i think i ate a mini krystal hamburger && a peanut butter sandwhich those whole three days...i lost 5 more pounds going to 115. but now im back at 115-120 probly about 118. but that happened this year, before that i kept it off just eating wat i wanted because my stomach shrunk.
well, when i was younger, i ate less, and exercised really hard, and i lost 20-26lbs in about 6 weeks, now im 5 yrs older, iv gained a bit , ( like 16lbs !) but yh i managed to keep it off until i grew .. but i started smokin .. iv stopped my growth i think lol so yh everything gd x its not asa hard as u think to keep it off xxx
p.s be vegetarian , eat less fat , saving animals as well xx
