Ok so if you are a teen then tell me these things please and what are you doing to lose weight!!!
Height: 5'4"
Weight: 115 :(
(plz don't say I'm skinny- I have a small frame and can't hold my body fat well)
Jeans size: 2/3
Top size: XS/S
I hate being sooo fat and noooo muscle.
So what about u?
Reason: moved from weight loss forum to young calorie counters forum
Fine, I won't call you skinny since you don't want to hear that but I won't call you fat either becuase you'll obviously far from that....
I'm 5'2 / 128 pounds, I wear small tops and size 5 jeans. I'm bigger than you but I wouldn't go as low as to call myself 'fat'. What I'm doing to lose a lil' weigh is making my portions normal and not eating when I'm not truely hungry. To tone up I do as much sit ups and push ups a day. I still allow myself treats now and then, and I'm being positive.
Seriously? You wear size two jeans and extra small t-shirts and you're calling yourself fat?
Um, size 2 jeans and extra small T is NOT fat!!!!
Sounds like your weight isn't the problem at all. You don't sound like you're calling yourself fat (i assume you meant "having" fat and no muscle?), which is good, considering your numbers. If you're concerned about your frame not "holding" fat well, the answer is probably just doing some strength building or something to tone up muscle. I don't think dieting would be right for you, so try just eating enough fruits, veggies, protein, etc, and doing some crunches. Hope this helps, have a great week!
You don't sound "soooo fat" at all. Although if you want to maintain your weight and lose some of the fat, you should try strength training and "clean eating". It's helped me a lot.
Just so you all know, I'm trying to GAIN.
Height: 5'1"
Weight: 86 - GOAL; 95 (for the time being, will probobly go higher)
Jeans size: 00-3 (depends)
Top size: XS/S
geeeeez, well if you're "fat" then i must be fat too! but i'm not and i know it. i'm just trying to maintain and stay toned. i don't think your weight is the issue here.. it's your self esteem. i'm happy with my body and i think you should be too. eat right and exercise regularly.. you'll feel a lot better. YOU DON'T NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. maintain what you are now if you want, and just focus on being healthy. anyways..
height: 5'4"
weight: MAINTAINING between 110-115 lbs
jeans size: 2
top size: small
love yourself :)
Height: 4'11"
Weight: 125
Jeans size: 2 or a 4
Top size: XS/S
As you can see, I'm shorter than you, heavier than you, and wear the same size. Be healthy and strength train. P.s. to lose weight I am eating smaller portions and exercising daily.
At your stats, your BMI is healthy and I am presuming you're still young and growing so you DO NOT NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT. If you want to improve your figure and build muscle look into weight lifting and resistance training and work out instead of putting your body in danger. But by losing weight you are more likely to lose muscle instead of putting it on. You are not fat.
Please remember the minimum sedentary intake for a female under 21 is 1500 calories and you should not eat less than this, and as you are under 21, CC's tools are inaccurate and you should use this calculator instead to work out your caloric needs: http://www.bcm.edu/cnrc/bodycomp/bmiz2.html as you are still growing. Yes, even in the later years - there's more going on inside of you that you simply can't see.
If you're fishing for compliments then your rod is in the wrong pond. Grow up.
How much weight would you even plan to lose? Tell me, honestly, I'm curious.
I'm the same height as you and 10 lbs heavier, so does that make me a walrus? Honestly, don't go on a diet. I've been there, done that... ended up gaining more weight than I lost and hauling around a massive bingeing problem, which I'm just now learning to overcome.
Do not base your self-worth on a number. If you do, you'll eventually feel worthless. Love yourself and enjoy your metabolism while you still can. Dieting will kill your metabolism and pile on the fat in the long run.
I'm doing absolutely nothing to lose weight because I've found that I never really needed to lose it in the first place; and the steps I took to lose the weight were destructive on all areas of my life.
If you think you're "skinny fat" then I suggest you do some weight and strength type training like squats, lunges, weights. Lalabanana is right, you don't need to lose anything.
I'm almost 4'10 and currently between 92 and 94 pounds.
My jeans size is a 6 in Australia, which I think is a 2? in US sizes.
Top size is XS
I think I understand what you're saying. It's not that you think you are fat, you just feel like your body composition is made up of fat and you can't build muscle, so you want to know how to change that. First of all, if you haven't checked it out yet you should look at the exercise plans they have here on the CC website. One thing you might want to look at it what you are eating. For some people, while it may seem like they can eat whatever they'd like and not gain too much weight, its affecting their ability to build muscle. So eat more fruits, veggies, lean meats, and the right kinds of carbs, and eat less ice cream and sweets. This can provide the right kind of nutrients for your muscles, and then start a weight lifting routine. Nothing crazy, you aren't trying to be a body builder. Just a couple sets of ten biceps/triceps exercises, body weight squats and calf raises, or like i said, check out the exercise plan they have posted, and dont forget to stretch after workouts to help with the soreness. good luck :-)
er, sorry, I just don't get this thread, is it because people are 'curious' or do they want a standard to call themselves fat based upon?
Wow girl, your pics look so profesh! Like a model for Victoria's Secret Pink.
Well, I don't think you need to lose any weight...

What's embaressing is that I am so short that I have to wear KIDS sizes.
I seriously don't fit into regular sizes.
So clothes are
14-16 in KIDS for shirts and pants
Height: 5'1.5"-5'2" (somewhere in between)
Weight: 103/104 MAINTAINING (possibly even gaining a little bit, definitely do not want to lose)

Weight: 100 lbs.
Jeans size: 0-1

I'm trying to gain up about five pounds (maybe more), since I'm recovering from an ED. Seriously, advice to all of you trying to shape up a bit: DON'T GO OVERBOARD. I started "dieting" healthily a year ago, and it progressed into an addiction in which I rarely ate over 600 calories per day. Just be safe, and stop when you hit your goal.
Height: 5 feet 6 inches
Weight: 110 pounds
Jean size: It all depends on the brand but usually I'm size 1
Top size: extra small or small
My goal is to be 98 pounds in the next two months and to lose weight I'm just buring more calories then I eat.
Well damn, if the OP thinks shes fat, compared to all of you I must be a hippo huh?
I guess I still count as a teen..
Age:19
Height:5 foot 3 inches
Weight: 200 Lbs
