I really want to lose weight. Three weeks from tomorrow I am going to school and i want to lose about 6 pounds before then.i want to know if there is anyone out there who wants too lose weight. In the end i want to lose about 15-20 pounds. Anyone out there who is with me.
I know there are teens out there, that want to lose weight!!! SO COM ON PEOPLE LETS LOSE WEIGHT TOGETHER, AND BE BIG LOSERS!!!

i wanna lose about 2 inches off my hips lol how about everyone else??
i really want to lose inches off my hips, my weight: 176 want to weigh 150 and i am 5' 7"

I am going to exercise at the gym 2X WEEK. I have gymnastics on thursday's and i am going to run 2x a week. oh and i am going to eat 1500-1700 calories.
is your metabolism high/medium/low??
ivve got quite a fast metabolism but i think exercise decides that.
Im doin yoga at the moment,not very comfortable spending half the time with my head between my legs but hey i can feel the burn lol

I don't really know how fast it is but it is not terribly slow. yes i do eat breakfast, and i do find it mantains me bc i am more full through the morning and am not constantly thinking about food, or wanting to binge. i am sorry that the yoga hurts. i dont really think i would be good at yoga bc i am not very flexible, but i can do gymnastics, makes no sense what so ever. so what is ur reason for weight loss/
i try to go to the gym but sometimes im really unmotivated.my reason for weight los is that i dont feel as confident as i would like with my body and feel there are areas to improve also i planned to loose the weight for summer which i am doing

I want to lose weight so i can be in a healthy weight range and i also want to feel more confident with my body, and improve areas(especially my thighs). but I have had a couple of binges in the past, and it usually happens when i just start to lose weight but want something that i know is bad for me, or celebrating my weight loss with a small piece of cake which then just adds on more and more. but i also tend to binge before my monthly.
Actually, I think that this is the challenge I wanted to join! I'm 5'6", I weigh 155, my goal is 140. I am a swimmer, and really just trying to lose that extra bulk that slows me down in the water!

but ive found away to get around that,everday give yourself a SMALL SMALL treat and look forward to it for example small frozen yoghurt or low fat choc pudding

thanx. I love cake, any kind, i love ice cream sandwhich bars, and ice cream, and definately chocolate shakes. mmmm.. yum. want those right now but not tempted, and guess what i have to make a cake tomorrow fo the family, is that torture or what. but i know i can get through it. but that is basically it, o and i love frappachinos. double yum.
but i eat 5 meals of 300 calories, and on y 4th meal i like to have an icecreambar.

oh i forgot to give my stats. i am 5'7"-5'8"ish i weigh 176 and i want to weigh 150-160 ish, i have been trying for he last month. i started out at 182 so i did something right. oh ad too. and i want to weigh 168 by august 21 and ten august 29 i want to weigh 166 bc that my bday. and i want to go shopping and be a size 5 or 7. question
