please don't say exercise and eat healthy.. cuz that basic is actuallly really hard 4 me!
Then losing weight is just hard for you. That's what it takes for the most part girlie, and you don't need to lose in the first place.
im 16 now. my friend told me about cc and i thought it sounded good.
my experiences with food have been up and down.
i lost 10kg which is 22 pounds, last year but ive put it back on again.
im trying to lose it again now.
i'm 14. i decided to join because i was trying to lose weight last year, but i gave up. then my doctor told me that i needed to lose weight because i am slightly overweight. so i decided to join after looking at this site for half a year.
I am 16 years old. I came to Calorie Count because I want a better looking body. I won't sugercoat it, I hate the way I look, as I know lots of teenagers do. I've recently lost lots of weight unhealthily, and I'm here to learn how to love my body, how to shape my body, and how to loose weight and maintain weight loss in a healthy, non-threatening way. I am so happy to be here!!
I turned 13 last month. I came to CC cos a friend told me about it.
My experience with food is just the average thing, until I realised how massive my thys were, and how I was fairly fat, so over a yr ago, I started skipping lunch, and I've been doing so ever since.
I am 5'4, and I weigh 7st 11 pounds however much that is in jus pounds.
Hi.
I'm 15, 5"2, Just about 8 stone.
I hate being this weight.
Im usually 7 and half or less.
I know its only a few pounds.. but its hard to lose it!
Im new to this so please add me as friend, if you'd like :D
I am 14. I'm 5'1 and 99 pounds.
I starved myself from 90 pounds down to 68 pounds and have slowly made it from 68 to 85 in March 08 to 90 in August to 99 now.
I am fine with my weight, but I do want to tone up...
I am 14 and like most people found cc while looking for the amount of calories in certain food so i decided to join.
i am very active and do marching band and swimming and softball which all include alot of running and muscle work.but i guess i eat way more food than i do getting exercise. my experience with food has been up and down.
I'm 15 and I found Calorie Count when I was looking for ways to lose weight, so I decided to join. I hate the way I look and how much I weigh so I guess I was hoping this would help. I've only been on for a couple days, so I guess we'll see.
I'm 13, and 4"10, currently 91lbs, I want to lose a bit of weight to help me with my running, I put on a lot of weight when I hit puberty, and I just want to lose a bit then maintain it.

im 13 years old, trying to recover from mild anorexia/bullimia, and i came across this site while looking up the calorie contents in a banana. :P
There's no such thing as 'mild' anorexia or 'mild' bulimia.
You either have it or you don't.
im 16. i used to eat like a COOWWWW. I ate tons of fried chicken, pizza, cakes, snacks, etc. everyday. I eventually weighed 210 lbs. i was obv obese. I tried dieting in the past but i yoyo'd and it never worked. When i found this site, i was looking up calories in foods. I decided to sign up and use the tools section and see how much calories i need to lose weight. I listened to it and i started eating less and excersized more. I weigh 160 now and i have a bmi of 23.6. my goal is 132 lbs and i shall reach it by september!
I found it while I was anorexic [probably looking up the calories in a carrot or something :/ ]
now I'm recovering, and I'm currently 5'1 and 90lbs
my lowest weight at this height was around 80lbs
[I think I was in the low 70s while I was about an inch and a half shorter]
I've stopped 'calorie counting' obsessively because I find it really triggering, now I just use this site to talk to other people about recovery, weight gain and getting healthy. I also want to make sure that I'm eating enough and the right stuff xD
Im 14, and I found cc when i was trying to count my calories. Your bmi is about 18.6(under 18.5 is underweight), why do you need to lose any weight? My bmi is 22.3% and I feel bad about my self already.

There's such a thing as varying severity when it comes to eating disorders, and some people are insecure about declaring themselves sufferers when they percieve others as sicker. It's not as black and white as that.
im 14 yearss oldd, came across this site afterr livestrong.com stopped workingg here. over the winter i dropped to a severely lowwww weightt (105 for 5'8") so i had to use a site to keep track of my calories to make sure i was eating enough. i also had to stop running, which is what i love mostt!, for a while until i gainedd weight. nowww im running 5 miles a dayy and maintainn 120 lbss =)
My name is Lauren and I'm fifteen =]
I got a CC account in 2007 under a fake name, and I used it to nurture my anorexia for about a year until I reached 95 pounds. Last fall, I stopped using it and forced myself to gain weight; I weigh 112 pounds now and I just made a new account today to keep some resurfacing disordered habits in check.
