Wouldn't worry? Well she shouldn't worry about losing, but she should be as worried as heck about being underweight, which is just as serious!
Update for me - I'm still eating 3,000+ daily to gain muscle, but I'm only five pounds away from my goal, so pretty soon I'll be on maintenence at about 2,700-2,800+ since I'll be back to running and swimming this summer!

It's triggering to those in recovery, and not some thing that should be posted on a site that is focused on helping people be healthy. Being underweight is some thing to worry about! The risks are both numerous AND life endangering.
ED was already picking on me today, but I pulled through. Then I read this, but instead of being triggering, it actually made me hate ED even more. xD

I'm 18, 128 pounds (I dunno a really accurate number, but still), and 5'1". I eat around 1200-1500 calories a day. ^^

Of course you're not wanted if you're going to try and trigger people like that. If you're not going to take advice, go starve yourself in private because NO ONE here who aspires to be HEALTHY needs to hear that.
i'm 17, 5'2 and around 145 lbs.
i eat 1500 on non-workout days, and 1700 on workout days.. and i'm hoping to get down to 120-125 (anywhere in that range is fine) by september, and then maintain.
i wasn't trying to trigger anyone. doesnt pro ana mean anorexic. i'm not anorexic. i'm trying this so i can maintain my weight and try to put some on as i'm recovering from kidney cancer and finding it hard to eat right now. i wouldnt want to starve myself, what kind of advice is that! i want to be healthy, thats why i'm eating. i havnt eaten for about 2 months because i've been unwell, i didn't want to make people feel worse but you've made me feel loads worse, thanks.....
Well I can't say I'm sorry because you made no mention of that in your post. You also hinted towards pro-ana because you told that girl "not to worry" because she was underweight.
CC has rules about posting menus and stats of eating a daily caloric intake of less than 1,200. Teenagers really should be eating more like a minimum of 1,500.

I'm kindof confused, Is it wierd that I cannot consume more than about 150 calories at a time without feeling absolutely sick to my stomach? What does it mean?

hey, im 18, very lightly active, maintain on 2000 cal but i eat 2500....i think those who are younger and eat much less than 2000 should re-evaluate their intakes...maintaining on 1200 is not healthy especially when you still have a fair bit of growing!
18, 5'7 weigh about 147. I havent been on this in awhile...but usually its between 1400 and 1700. Lately its prob been over 2000 (not good)

Hi, I have not posted on this site fora long time, although I follow almost every day in the gainer's forum. I fee like such a terrible freak, I hear of all you teens who maintain or gain on under 1500, and working out, I don't undersrtand why I'm so crazy. Sorry-that was not to be rude or a rant:) Here's my info

I don't exercise at ALL, though I love to. Horse riding is my life,and i havent beent able to pursue it due to being underweight. I maintain on about 2500 and am taking in 3000 a day just to gain. WHY?!?!?!?! It's such a struggle, it gets very tiring after a while to have to eat so much (but it DEFINATLY has advantages:))

4hgirl; every one is different. We all have different body types, activity levels and needs. Just think..when you're done gaining, you'll be able to maintain on quite a lot which will have its advantages, as you said.
