19 years old male, 6'3(190cm), 153 pounds, i maintain with 3,000cals a day, though actually i need to gain some since i work out every day for a bit more than hour a day.. and i have quite big bones, people keep telling me that i look sick, and too bony..

but the gain idea is quite weird, since i already eat those 3,000 and if i don't eat any junk food i feel really very very full at the end of the day by eating 3,000 healthy calories.

I'm about 18 years old, female, 5"9 (176cm), and I weigh 137lbs (62kg).

I eat around 1300 calories a day, which probably isn't enough... I have to get used to eating larger amounts because I've had one or two eating disorders :S

I'm recovering really well though :)

I'm 15 years old, 130 lbs, and 5'7". I have no idea how many calories I usually eat since I've just signed up for this and haven't counted calories before, but I'd say I probably usually ate at least 1500-1800 calories. Somewhere in that range. Except to get to my goal (lose 10 pounds) by October, it says I'm supposed to take in 1200 calories. I don't know if that's right, but there it is.

XREST- that is if you are over 18 or 21 i believe, youre a kid, u need AT LEAST 1500 BUT you do NOT need to lose weight!!!  talk to ur parents or doctor

i'm 5'4"ish and i eat ~3500 to maintain, more to gain, lol.

I'm 5'6.5" and I eat 1700 a day. I think I'm going to try to eat 1800 and see if that's enough because with the exercise I do sometimes 1700 doesn't seem like enough.

Age: 14

Hight: 5'7"

Weight: 160lbs

Calorie intake: 1500-2000

trying to loose, but mostly just trying to be healthy!!

5'5, twenteen year old guy at 110 lbs. Aiming for 3000/day (don't be jealous! Tongue out).

5'6" ninteen year old girl. currently weigh about 176 lbs. I used to be on who knows what, but since I started writing down what I was having, I've been keeping it to about 1600 a day. It needs to be a little lower for my lifestyle at the moment though, maybe around 1400.

I eat anywhere from 1600-1800 a day. I am 20 years old, 123 lbs, and 5'4. I work out 50 minutes every day on an elliptical and strength train 30 minutes 2 times a week.

1500 is actually the minimum for teens so 1400 would not quite do it. At your age, weight, and height you could easily lose on upwards of 1700 if you're moderately active. try to keep your deficit around 500-700 for slow and steady loss!!

usually around 2000-2100 depending on my activities for the day. sometimes more. only less if i wake up super late or im sick generally :)

oh and im 16 and 5'4"

14, male, 5'2", 93 lbs, mostly sedentary.  I eat about 2800-3000 to maintain (more if I exercise), 3500 to gain.

eatthedaises....you are doing massive amounts of damage to your body.Next thing you know you'll be cold all the time and find your skin a mess and your hair falling out. Is it worth it? You are a very low weight for your height and especially being 17 years old and active! You know more than likely you've lost soooo much muscle from this. Please eat right, the minimum you should be eating is 1500 calories and thats if you were sedentary! Honestly you personally should be eating between 2000-2500 calories a day, or is it fun to just have to stare at your family eating delicious looking food and not being able to partake in it? Trust me, I've been there, I know what 300 calories a day feels like and theres absolutely no way it feels good! If you need support I'm glad to help, or message any of the wonderful people on cc. The most important thing is for you to realize what you're doing to yourself. Eating is a joy, dont deprive yourself of it.

eatthedaises;

why would you post here something like that? If you know you suffer from anorexia, then the only thing I think you should be posting is about gaining weight and asking for recovery tips.

Please do not post here again something like this. It triggers other people's eating disorders. The topic clearly asked for people to post how much they eat, and i'm guessing that included a healthy amount.

When you post things like this it makes you seem like you grab attention.

And anyone who reads this , don't you dare think i'm being too harsh. I've been through this exact disorder and 2 other ones. I know how it is.

I'm 5'7", 127 lbs, 16 yrs old, male. I eat about 3000 calories per day. I'm trying to get up to 135 lbs after an ED.

17, 5'5", 147 lbs (as of the last 2 weeks) (i realize my bmi is on the high side of average...)

Maintenance is 1800, i dont do much, though i'll take a 20 min walk to my friend's house, or bike to another's in abt 10. Pretty light activity, if not sedentary.

I row during the school season, so i developed some muscle then, which is kinda just sitting on me til i start rowing again this fall. Its probably burning a bit more than if i was ALWAYS sedentary. Rowing is a pretty difficult endurance sport.

I'm a 17-year-old female standing 64.5 inches tall and weighing in at 143 lbs as of this morning. I'm eating 2000 calories per day to lose weight and am exercising for about 2-3 hours per day (walking, running, biking, basketball, light weight training).
