I'm kind of copying the oh so popular topic found in the food forum. This is different, though: for teens! I think it's pretty interesting to see what we teenagers eat, and this will kind of give the chance for teens to see what other healthy foods they can add to their diet.. I sure know that my diet needs improvement XD
Oh, and the same rules as the one in the other forum applies.. especially do not post if you are not eating enough. Nobody wants to see it, and you're only hurting yourself in the long run; believe me, I found out the hard way.
I'll start!
breakfast: cheerios, a yogurt, & and orange
lunch: a turkey sandwich (i love low carb bread! really.) an apple, another yogurt, &wheat thins
after school: a peanut butter sandwhich on whole grain & an orange
dinner: probably light soup & a salad or something!

Breakfast: eggs scrambled with a garden veggie patty, steamed spinach, a piece of whole wheat toast with pumpkin butter, a glass of light soymilk, coffee
Lunch: almond butter and banana sandwich, yogurt, apple, celery and carrot sticks
Snack: laughing cow, cucumber, bell pepper, and spinach rolled up into a low-carb tortilla, cantaloupe slices
Dinner: too much oatmeal with too much stuff thrown in. =/
breakfast: whole wheat english muffin with crunchy pb. an apple. coffee with milk.
lunch: salad with peas and light asian dressing. nonfat cherry yogurt.
snack: one piece of whole wheat pita bread with hummus. a pear.
dinner: two bowls of lentil soup.
Breakfast- English muffin with natural pb, vanilla almond luna bar, nonfat honey greek yogurt, and a tangerine
Snack- 2 french toast ricecakes
Lunch- Pb sandwich, edamame, mini G&B organic milk chocolate bar, and a tangerine
Snack- Raw almonds, 70% mint dark chocolate
Dinner (Panera bread)- 2 grilled cheese sandwich on whole grain, natural potato chips, and edamame
Snack- Hazelnut milk chocolate, 2 packs of 100 calorie goldfish crackers, mini cinnamon bagel, and glazed pecans (Nope, this is not a binge ]:)

lunch: chicken breast, tomato, spinach, cheese & mustard sandwich on light wheat bread
snack: granny smith apple
dinner: chopped chicken breast spinach salad w/ light sweet onion dressing
dessert: cranberry yogurt mixed w/ blueberries, strawberries, a banana & fiber cereal
Breakfast: Oatmeal with banana and egg whites and cinnamon
Lunch: Turkey and avocado sammie on light wheat bread with a dannon light and fit
Snack: 1 ounce almonds with 1 clementine
Dinner: unfortunately, 1/2 cup fiber one with 8 hershey kisses, 4 mini reeses, a mini Mr. Goodbar and a mini herhsey's milk chocolate
Today was awesum. I went to a b-day party so I got some yummy foods!
Breakfast - Apple Cider Oatmeal & two Dunkin Donut munchkins.
Snack - Whole Wheat Bread
Lunch - Cheese Sammich, Baby Carrots, Animal Crackers, and Triscuits
Dinrar - 1 slice of cheese pizza, 1 slice of cheese pizza w/ pineapple
Dessert - Marble cake with a HUGE frosting rose.
Snack - Microwave Muffin (Water + Muffin Mix + Microwave = Genius!), Animal Crackers, and the last special dark kiss. ;~;
tothestarsxx - :0! You have poptarts?! What kind? Share with meee~? (Just don't give me the whole box because that'd be cruel as I'd end up eating it all at once. I love poptarts so much.)
kaybug- Mmm they're the best poptarts in the whole world! I found them at Costco, they're organic, and almost vegan (I think whey and honey are at the very end of the ingredient list). They're the perfect amount of sweetness and so far I've found it impossible to binge on them! ;) I'd share them with you if I could :D
Breakfast: "waffle sandwich" made with 2 strawberry flax waffles & one sliced banana
Lunch: hummus, tomato, & spinach on whole wheat; Honeycrisp apple
Dinner: brown rice mixed with two chopped Boca burgers, spinach, and ketchup
Snack: 2 cherry poptarts; 2 small bananas

you could try to gradually up your calories even by as small an increment as 50 and see what that does. every few days add 50 more and see if you body gets used to it.
so i didn't eat enough today because i've had the flu for the past 3 days. i've lost weight too. :( but that means i just get to eat it back. :) :) haha.
today was my biggest food day in three days so you can imagine how i'm feeling.

tofurky keilbasa on whole grain bread w/ ketchup, sauteed onion, soy nacho cheese and veganaise; soy milk ( this hurt my stomach but i was hungry!!! i want real food!)

hopefully tomorrow will be better. i never thought i could get sick of soup.

haha 22 is still a 'young calorie counter'.. sort of.. yeah i want to be able to maintain on about 1800 since everyone else seems to be able to :| i only just increased to 1500 though and i've APPARENTLY gained 1.5lbs since saturday. my metabolism hates me.

Lunch: Two pieces of steamed Chinese dumplings with turnip filling, one piece of fried prawn dumpling, one custard egg tart and one chicken char siew pastry
Snack: One mini green tea swiss roll and one mini chocolate swiss roll
Dinner: Congee with century egg, spring onions and minced pork
Dessert: One mini green tea swiss roll and one piece of green tea-flavoured steamed cake
Brekkie: Raisins, strawberry jam, chocolate milk
Lunch: Smoked salmon, brazils and pecans
Dinner: Unsure - going out clubbing for a mate's bday so we shall see what occurs :P No doubt it will feature an alcoholic bevarage or two at some stage!
Edit: Yeah...night time munchies included 2 SoCo's and Lime, some chocolate biscuits, dried fruit and cauliflower :S Alcohol gives me weird cravings so it seems!

wow, what are french toast rice cakes? they sound awesome
Breakfast: bowl of bran flakes, Kashi honey puffs, sliced banana, blueberries, and skim milk
Lunch: veggie sandwich (2 slices Ezekiel, mixed greens, cucumber slices, tomato, bean sprouts, and hummus); yogurt with flax; Granny Smith apple; an orange
Snack: 1 Kashi pumpkin spice bar; glass of cherry juice
Dinner: roasted bell peppers stuffed with quinoa, black beans, corn, onions, and Mrs Dash chipotle seasoning
Snack: oatmeal with almonds and the other Kashi pumpkin bar crumbled in
Batwit; They're just french toast flavored rice cakes. They really aren't that awesome, extremely processed, but not that awesome.

Dinner: TBD - probably carrot ginger soup if the dining hall website isn't lying to me, if not, then whatever soup they DO have
