I'm kind of copying the oh so popular topic found in the food forum. This is different, though: for teens! I think it's pretty interesting to see what we teenagers eat, and this will kind of give the chance for teens to see what other healthy foods they can add to their diet.. I sure know that my diet needs improvement XD
Oh, and the same rules as the one in the other forum applies.. especially do not post if you are not eating enough. Nobody wants to see it, and you're only hurting yourself in the long run; believe me, I found out the hard way.
I'll start!
breakfast: cheerios, a yogurt, & and orange
lunch: a turkey sandwich (i love low carb bread! really.) an apple, another yogurt, &wheat thins
after school: a peanut butter sandwhich on whole grain & an orange
dinner: probably light soup & a salad or something!

-1 Nature Valley Bar (penutbutter)

Dinner:
-One serving of Polynesian Pineapple Chicken and rice. It's a recipie we found in a weight wachers book. It was insanaly awsome!!
Snack: A carrot freshly pealed.
I drank water throughout the day.
B: oatmeal with banana and brown sugar, light n fit yogurt, tiny bit of pb
L: peanut butter and pita, carrots, apple, light string cheese
S: organic trail mix mixed with kashi go lean, venti skinny iced latte
D: veggie burger, spinach, honey mustard, and laughing cow on a la tortilla factory wrap, cauliflower and broccoli with hummus
DESSERT (the most amazing thing ever): stonyfield farm dark chocolate frozen yogurt topped with strawberries and walnuts.
EDITED TO ADD: cereal and raisins. I have been starving.
lunch - A bowl of yellow rice ( like...a BIG BOWL)![]()
Then a peanut butter sandwich (rye) and chocolate milk.
I'm considering dinner, but I not all that hungry yet...which is odd.

Breakfast: cottage cheese with cinnamon and splenda with Wasa bread! A little bit of grilled chicken from last night's dinner. Delicious!
Snack: skinny vanilla latte from Starbucks!
Lunch: cottage cheese with cinnamon and splenda with wasa bread.
Dinner: grilled (with the George foreman grill so pretty much no fat!) steak with mashed potatoes and vegetables!
Breakfast: oatmeal made with skim. milk, apple, baby raisins, cinnamon and brown sugar (splenda variety...)
Lunch: peppered beef slices on wholewheat bread with mustard, baby tomatoes, lettuce and cucumber

Snack: small box of nesquik cereal (dry)
Dinner: 2 homemade tuna fishcakes (made with oats, not breadcrumbs)

steamed tomato and onion
2 slices wholewheat toast.
Snack: Dry coco shreddies and instant hot chocolate...
Snack: Passion fruit (had to eat something to get the bad taste of nettile tea out of my mouth!! tasted like cow pies)
Lunch: Lentils, pasta and curry vegetables
Snack: left overs from lunch
Dinner: Salad and baked beans with veggies
Snacks: 2 apples and a handful of cornflakes

Breakfast: 2 Peaches, Half a Cantaloupe, Arizona Green Tea Pomegrante Energy Drink
Lunch: Lean Cuisine (Chicken Teriyaki Stir Fry) and other half of cantaloupe
Dinner: Spaghetti and 5 small garlic stick
Breakfast - Crunchy nut cereal, light soya milk, vanilla soy yogurt
Lunch - lettuce and olive wrap on homemade tortilla, salad, pineapple
Dinner - Lentil and vegetable stew, rice pasta and olives & tomatoes
Snack - Soya chocolate mousse, kit kat
I'm trying to go fully vegan at the moment, my only weakness is chocolate!! I should've given it up for lent, but I forgot =[ oh well, I suppose tomorrow is another day...

I don't eat enough on weekends, so I'll just post what I have on school days.
Breakfast: 1 slice of bread with peanut butter
Recess: Bread again
Lunch: I usually skip lunch (unless it's a volleyball day. Then I'll eat rice/bread/noodles.) since going back home takes about an hour. When I get home it's close to dinnertime.
Dinner: Usually rice with 1 side dish of vegetable and 1 side dish of meat. If not, vegetable with a bowl of soup.
Snack: An apple.
snack: 2 liquorice allsorts, a grape pixy stick
lunch: black iced coffee, half of a small slice of incredibly dense and delicious flourless vegan chocolate cake! this was shared with a good friend so it tasted even better :]
dinner: 1.5 whole grain pitas with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, falafel, homemade vegan tzatziki AND tahini. and another pear.
i had so much sugar today it was really fun! and alicandra- dark chocolate is easy to find and really delicious. there's a company that also makes rice milk chocolate. i forget the name, but i'm sure it's out there! best of luck to you.
ok i'll start by saying that i'm half venzuelan so some of the food i'll post is traditional venezuelan food andsounds weird but its delicious.
Breakfast: ayaquitas with a slice of ham and classic white cheese ans apple juice
Lunch: Lite tall java chip frappacuino with whip cream, chocolate drizzle, and carmel drizzle- this is delicious!! Half of a Gyro Pita
Dinner: Homemade Chicken Fried Rice
Lunch: Curried rice and lentils
Snack: Left overs from lunch ^^, a slice of apple and date cake with Greek yogurt (naughty me)
Dinner: Chips and white bread and tomato sauce... (cries at my failure of a day)

Dessert: LARABAR- cinnamon roll. I am still drooling.
Breakfast: Cinnamon oatmeal, 2 egg whites scrambled with 1/4 cup milk and 1/4 cup low fat ricotta cheese.
Snack: Chocolate Raspberry Luna Bar
Lunch: Boca Burger, 2 pieces whole wheat bread, 3oz baby carrots, and a large apple.
Snack: Banana Bread Oatmeal! Yumm!
Dinner: 4 oz Chicken breast, 1 cup brocoli, 56g (2oz) Veggie whole wheat pasta.
