I'm kind of copying the oh so popular topic found in the food forum. This is different, though: for teens! I think it's pretty interesting to see what we teenagers eat, and this will kind of give the chance for teens to see what other healthy foods they can add to their diet.. I sure know that my diet needs improvement XD
Oh, and the same rules as the one in the other forum applies.. especially do not post if you are not eating enough. Nobody wants to see it, and you're only hurting yourself in the long run; believe me, I found out the hard way.
I'll start!
breakfast: cheerios, a yogurt, & and orange
lunch: a turkey sandwich (i love low carb bread! really.) an apple, another yogurt, &wheat thins
after school: a peanut butter sandwhich on whole grain & an orange
dinner: probably light soup & a salad or something!

d- I have to go out to dinner after my sister's graduation - it's this really fancy restaurant that serves five course meals, so I'm kind of nervous about that, though I've alotted about 1100 calories toward dinner, so I think I should be okay?
snack: goji berries
lunch: smoothie; banana, 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1/2 cup frozen mangoes, 3/4 cup skim milk, 1 tbsp almond butter, 100g vanilla activia yogurt, 1 scoop whey protein
snack: apple with almond butter
dinner: salad with croutons, flax seeds, mushrooms, dried cranberries, broccoli and hummus, wheat crackers with jam, half a granola bar
snack: plain yogurt with cocoa powder, jelly beans
Morning
- bran flakes/shredded wheat/oatmeal/kashi go lean in a big bowl
- odwalla pomegranate lime juice
- spoon of peanut butter
- apple
- one slice of 6 inch cheesecake
- a couple bites of a vegan lemon poppyseed muffin from whole foods (omg. so good.)
- some diet soda cake
- a couple slices of cheese
- grapefruit juice
- turkey jerky
- baby carrots
- scrambled eggwhites
- protein shake
- a few croutons
- green beans
- some turkey chili
- a mega huge veggie wrap with whole wheat tortilla, chopped broccoli, peas, kidney beans and tofu
- cereal. maybe some plain kashi go lean
- lemon tea :]
- maybe some graham crackers to dunk

Breakfast:
- Cheerios and Chocolate Chex mixed together with Soymilk
- a Pear
- some tea
Snack:
- Quaker Oatmeal Raisin granola bar
Lunch:
- Cottage cheese with sugar free blueberry jelly
- Mandarin orange cup thingy
- celery sticks dipped in salsa sour cream
- kashi crunchy chocolate almond protein and fiber bar
- green tea
Snack:
- permalean chocolate peanut butter protein bar
- a carrot and a piece of celery
Dinner:
- four cheese lean cuisine pizza
- salad
- a piece of whole grain bread
After dinner:
- tcby
- a little bit of popcorn
Kashi strawberry fields cereal with almond milk and fresh strawberries
Mandarin orange
Salad with a bunch of mixed veggies and chickpeas + a piece of bread
Apple
Rice and beans
A bit of peanut butter
Half a sweet potato
Breakfast: Oatmeal, with strawberries and butterscotch chips. Surprise, surprise, I know.... Also some reaalllly great, freshhhhh baguette and a bite of bagel. And a mini ice cream sandwich made from two little vanilla cookie things and a spoonful of strawberry ice cream. Eek!
Snack: 12 oz soy latte
Snack: Tortilla, some cooked broccoli, and 1/4 cup edamame yummmmm
Lunch/ish?: Salad of spinach, lettuce, tomato, celery and a chopped up boca burger, with balsamic vinegar. It was good at the time, but then I went running and now my stomach STILL feels terrible. Also, a pink lady apple. And more of that DELICIOUS bread.
Dinner: Stomach not feeling well, so multi-grain oatmeal from trader joe's (a new find for me--- SOOOOO AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!!) with a small granny smith apple cooked in it. My stomach isn't 100% yet, but it feels lots better after that. :)
Snack: 1/2 cup fiber one
Oh, and I'm making a pie for my grandma, and I had some extra crust so I popped that in the oven, and naturally had to sample some. ;)
pretty bad day for me...
breakfast- omelet with mushrooms, oatmeal with pb and nutella, plain yogurt with some jam
lunch- fiber one, toast with pb, apple, more oatmeal
dinner- baked potato, peanut butter and jelly sandwich, some chili, cottage cheese with sugar free jam
after dinner- part of a milkyway bar, yogurt, ice cream, granola bar, more ice cream! ahh
lunch: pecan pie larabar, cucumber, apple
dinner: 1/2 c brown rice, 8 oz. ginger-sesame-garlic tofu, 1/2 c baby broccoli
dessert: 3 squares 72% dark chocolate
today was so delicious! & no worries, ratinhat - i totally understand + agree. have a lovely day :]

Lunch: wholegrain rasin + cinnamon bagel with 2 T. soynut butter and 2 T. jam

Snack: dark chocolate chip protein bar
200g pineapple, 200g mango and a strawberry bio yoghurt.
Dinner: veggie fry up! (grilled quorn bacon, grilled quorn sausages, chilli bean stew and some steamed tomatoes, fried onions and 2 slices wholewheat toast)
Snack: banana, soynut butter and strawberry milkshake with 4 oreos.
Before bed: cookie crisp (dry) and 2 instant hot chocolates.
From yesterday:
Breakfast: 1 1/4 cup corn flakes mixed with 1 cup reduced fat vanilla yogurt and hot chocolate with about 8 or so mini marsh-mellows
Lunch: 6 inch veggie sub on italian herb and cheese with cheddar cheese, all vegetables, and hot sauce
Snacks: apple, banana, granola bar, baby carrots with low fat dressing, water, tea
Supper: garden saled with low fat ranch dressing and a cup of apple juice
breakfast: simple harvest dark chocolate chunk granola bar
lunch(at a wedding): 2 small blueberry muffins, strawberries, hash brown potatoes
after-lunch: about a package worth full of m&m's..AND 11 hershey kisses.
haha needless to say i have a bad stomach ache now, and i probably won't be hungry for dinner.

breakfast: whole wheat tortilla, kraft fat free cheddar cheese, onions, tomatoes, spring mix lettuce. 60% cacao dark chocolate over fiber one cereal (original-dry)
snack: western alternative sweet wheat bagel with mushroom spagetti sauce (tastes like breadsticks with sauce-new FAVORITE! =), kashi go lean crunch (dry)
lunch: soybeans (edamame), spring mix lettuce, tomatoes, fat-free ranch dressing.
