So; What Do You Teens Do For Exercise?
I go on walks most days (recently it's been hard with this, like, EPIDEMIC of homework!) with my dog for about 55 minutes.
And then almost every day I do a Pilates session that lasts about 30 minutes.
What about you guys?
im an athlete, but just not with rly the kindda body you'd expect lol im not fat, but im not skinny
anywayz.
i'm a softball player so i practice that everyday for gym class, but when the teacher's absent i play basketball.
im in a dance crew now so i try to practice some different moves..and breakdancing's not that easy so that makes me break a sweat..
i have a big school and a totally stupid schedule, so everyday i have to walk from the basement up to the 3rd floor about..3 or 4 times a day. but that isn't that much exercise anymore cuz im so used to it -.-
when i get to the gym, i either run 30 minutes straight or try doing a mini HIIT workout for 30 minutes. then i go and lift weights for another 30 minutes
