ive suffered from bulimia and anorexia for over a year,
ive had treatment and now im trying to refrain from bad
habits and lose weight the healthy way.
when i started a few days ago i was 132, im now 130 and my goal weight is 125.

Im 13 Im guessing, 149lbs, small frame, and 5'4!
I'm 14, 5'5 and currently 117 pounds.
The highest i can remember my weight being was around 143, and that was just back in April. So over these several months, i've lost around 26 lbs. I've gained alot of muscle and i've toned my body all over. I'm pretty happy with my weight right now, but I wouldnt mind shedding a few more pounds. (which is going to be pretty hard considering all of the left over pie and icecream and mashed potatoes at my house from yesterday. haha)
I'm like 5'4.5" and currently about 111. I'd like to be closer to 105, which i think will happen naturally when I stop binging. This is pretty much the most I've ever weighed, and with my small frame I just don't feel comfortable and confident. But with my history of EDs, which I am very proud to be substantially recovered from, I am going to be very careful not to get too obsessive!
Judging from everyone's posts, I think you all should rethink this "dieting." For any of you who are trying to lose a couple pounds the healthy way by cutting back on the sweets and exercising a bit, be very proud and ignore my after-school special.
Your teen years are said to be the best of your life. Don't let dieting take away those years. An eating disorder really messed with me and made 17, a prime age, a really crappy year. Just a reminder to take things easy and don't get obsessed - I'd hate to see any of you do what I did. Good luck with your goals! :)

I'm 16, and also suffered from a bout of disordered eating that I'm doing great with recovering from.
I'm 5'3.75" and I currently weigh around 95 pounds.. I want to maintain at around 100 though.

I love teen forums. It is very nice to know other teens who care about calories. I don't think any of my friends would really understand(except for my anorexic friend), so it's nice to be able to talk to other girls my own age

Paulinka - most of my stats are above in #4. I am almost 17. I like purple and wearing sweaters(brrrrr.....it's winter). hmm, can't think of what else to say.
Ok, i was wondering for those of you who still live at home if your parents know you count calories and are trying to lose, maintain, tone, be healthy, or whatever you are trying to do. My mom knows I am trying to be fitter and healthier, but I don't tell her everything(like how i'm obsessed with counting calories).
Tomorrow (well actually today) i am starting a pretty strict exercise regimen
i will have cardio 3 times weekly, weights 3x weekly, my diet will be about 1200-1400 calories daily.... i am 13 yrs old (14 in 12 days) 5'8.5" and i weigh 142
i am so sick of always saying i am gonna do something and then just give up after 2-3 days i know that i can stick to this but i will need help
