Tell me....700 calories a day ...
Im 14 years Old
I weigh 118
Im 5'2
And I have been trying to lose weight,Since 2 days ago I have been eating only 700 calories or less Im trying too reach like 110 or some thingg? I have Practice Mon.Tues.Thurs.Fri. and we have Games Sat the practicesaree 2 and a half hours the games are forever like 4 hours?
I exercise alot ect.
Anything I should Adjust.
Any Recomended Exercises?

Eating Has been hard lately..
I Stop eating When Im not hungry and I will not eat again till Im hungry so eh'
But I have been sleeping much lately Due too the fact Im trying too Get something out of my head..and Sleeping keeps my mind off it
So really all I do is Sleep.Practice.Eat.Breathe
But I mean Eating Makes Me think about stuff cause everything Around me is Quit and I hate thinking about..Certain subjects
Which Is maybe why I Limit Myself too how much food I may eat :\

IIf there's something preying on your mind and causing you stress which is leading to you not eating... that's the thing you need to tackle. Starvation doesn't help the brain cope any better with stress. In fact, starvation and malnutrition act as depressants, making you 100x worse-equipped to manage life's lows. Staying in bed all the time doesn't help your energy levels.
If you're struggling with some aspect of life and not coping with it particuarly well then is there someone you could talk to? Talking something through can get it out of your head and into the open.... and, like Snow White's forest, everything looks a lot less scary when it's exposed to some daylight. If talking it through doesn't help you should consider consulting your doctor because you could easily be suffering from some form of depression - a treatable condition.
Seek a councelor. You need help.

the reason I was so Down Was because someone..I thought they Did not ..Love me anymore Due too the fact he was not talking too me

But today He logged onto the comp. and Talked too me ..he told me that he was grounded and his parents unplugged everything
Today I started eating more..But I am Running more..About 2 hours after I eat something Bigg
So I Guess I am Starting too get better (:

Get it straight,I was not eating Because I was not Hungry Because I never thought about it ..See'ing how the only think on my mind was trying too forget him and trying too get some sleep
And he is not Just any Guy he means alot too me.. He affects my life in more ways then one

You have been given a LOT of great advice on how to up your cals.
How did you do today? Are you actively trying to increase your calories?
The more active you are, the more calories you will need. So if you are running more, you will need to up your cals even more.
Calories = energy. Without the calories, you will not have the energy needed to maintain your current activity level, eventually it will catch up to you and not in a good way.
Have you discussed your eating habits and exercise regime with your parents or doctor? If not, then you should and soon.
OP. based on some of your replies it sounds to me like you don't want to stop starving yourself?

Yesterday I ate alot more calories Then Usual
I mean I obtained the low caloire Diet just a few days ago.
So eh'
But yes. I have been eating moree food.Calories ect.

Your body is having a blast burning up all your lean muscle mass! I really hope you aren't too attached to your muscles, since that's all you'll be losing (if you manage to lose weight, that is).
Seriously, eat more.
Eating too few calories = muscle loss + hair loss (at some point down the road) + health risks.

The advice you are getting from these people is out of true concern for your health. I know that the information you are getting is not what you want to hear, but it is true.
When a person does not eat enough, that person does real dammage to themselves. Try to leave how you feel about out for now and just consider the facts. A young woman, such as your self needs way more calories than you are eating currently.
If you don't believe the posters here (they are good people trying to help you) ask a doctor. Your health is worth that isn't it.
No one is trying to upset you, really.

970 calories is not enough calories, no where near. When you are ready to increase your calories to a healthy amount, we will be here to support you and guide you through.
