Gravy has rather a lot of calories, yes. I don't know about the others - check out calorieking and other calorie counters which you can find online - including the one on this website.

I don't really eat gravy anymore for that reason, althoug hI do like gravy.
It depends on what when into it.  Plain marinara sauce, made from tomatoes, garlic and herbs with just a little olive oil, is not too high in calories.  The mussels themselves aren't either, but sometimes they are cooked with lots of butter or olive oil.  Same goes for the chicken marsala - depends on how it was cooked and how much fat was added.  The sauce on the chicken marsala is made with marsala wine and my contain butter or oil in some degree.  Neither sauce can be compared to gravy, which is made from butter, flour and meat drippings.

So I don't have a good answer for you.  But I can say that no one food is "fattening" - it's a matter of portion control to control calories.
Also weight watchers makes a brown onion "gravy" - 10 cal per 1/4 cup. That's pretty low. It depends what the gravy was made out of.

Also, no food is extra fattening than another. You eat 50 calories of lettuce, you get just as "fat" as if you ate 50 cal of chocolate. Mind you its harder to eat that much lettuce! But if you're talking Health-Wise, lettuce is better nutritionally. So dont look at foods and think "Bad" or "fatty" think portion control and how much you need it. You had a slada which is great, chicken has protein which you need. So dont stress too much!
I not very well versed in fancy graveys but i know that reguar brown fat free chicken gravy 15 cal a 1/4 cup and a good tamato sauce is just a can of hunts tomato sauce seasoned to taste also about 15 cal a 1/4 cup
