Recipe Ingredients for Temaki(hand roll) sushi

5 cups Brown rice
1 cup vinegar
2 tbs sugar
500 g tuna
300 g mackerel
500 g asparagus
100 g squid
300 g lettuce
250 g nori
13 tbs soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Temaki(hand roll) sushi

  1. cook rice with 5 cups of water (use rice cooker )

  2. cook the asparagus

  3. mix vinegar and sugar (you can use sushi vinegar already made)

  4. mix well sushi sushi vinegar and rice

  5. cut the fish like sashimi saize

  6. serve every thing on the table.

  7. put the little bit on rice on the nori and roll anything you like.

  8. use soy sauce and wasabi(hot) when you eat
